Wonderful new Chinese/Japanese restaurant (only been open for a few weeks), we stopped in for a late Friday night dinner as it was close by and looked appealing. We were the only customers at the time but it was NOT awkward at all. The waitress was very attentive but not overbearing, pouring sake for us when our cups were empty. We tried the Hamachi Kama (yellowtail collar) to start, which was tremendous with a delicious mix of smoke, crisp and spice. We then ordered two rolls; the Foxy Lady (yellowtail, salmon, tuna and avocado) was a wonderful combination of flavors while the spicy tuna (always a good benchmark) seemed to be made of the standard tuna meat with light mayo, as opposed to the low-quality filler often used by many sushi places. To end we shared the green tea ice cream which is possibly the best weve had, very balanced up front with the tea flavor coming in at the end. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service, food and ambiance and couldnt have asked for better. I really hope business picks up for them as this is an excellent addition to the local food scene, and the Far North Dallas area could certainly use more top-quality sushi. Check it out!

DONT GO HERE, my first experience here was an unpleasant one and I will not be returning. I requested a changed my dish from a chicken entree to a Shrimp dish. Now this will be a simple request at any other restaurant, but the boss approached me and questioned why I didnt like the chicken. I told him the texture didnt taste right and that I was willingly to pay extra for the shrimp. He repeatedly asked me if I liked chicken or not, I told him I like chicken but not this particular chicken. After arguing with him about wheather or not I liked chicken or not, I decided it wasnt worth the trouble to get a shrimp dish so I paid and didnt not eat the chicken. Worth service in all my years of living.

This is the fifth or so Japanese restaurant in Addison Ive visited over the past few weeks and surprisingly has earned one of the highest rating Ive given thus far. The quality of fish is average to slightly above average, presentation and atmosphere are asian but much more Chinese-centric than Japanese. Pricing was lower than average for the area. The shopping district the restaurant is located in is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall however those kind of places always have the best food in my experiences. This is probably my go to sushi place in Addison for now. The rating is mostly for the fast service and quality of fish, but most importantly it is pretty light on the wallet.

I have never eaten inside, I always get my food to go and it is always on point. Although one time they offered me some soup and they forgot to put it in the bag, but everyone makes mistakes. No worries, Ill just double check my order next time. Theyre always very nice and friendly. I miss the 20% off the regular rolls though, that was only for their grand opening. Try this place out at least once maybe even try them for happy hour, I hope to try them out for happy hour myself. My favorite rolls are the Philly, volcano and the crazy Friday. Enjoy!

I eaten here twice i was very impressed with my first order...so i decided to order the fried calamari...the calamari was good however i feel like it is over priced for the order/amount you receive. For almost $10 i should not have to go get a second lunch from somewhere else ,because i ordered with my co-workers ON A TO-GO ORDER and appetizer as my meal..big mistake!!!! I will continue to order what i have normally ordered and will never order another appetizer as a meal from here again .

The service is courteous though the server seemed a little in the weeds with only a few tables. Overall you can tell this is a young restaurant with a lot of potential! As for the food the sushi was absolutely on point. We ordered a dragon roll and a Preston wood roll and both exceeded expectations- seriously try the Preston wood. Ill definitely be back to visit. Only request would be a small touch to the atmosphere, maybe have some music?

I was craving some sushi and ran into this place. Well, Im extremely glad I did! This place has the best sushi Ive had in a very long time. It seems like most places nowadays only focus on esthetics, and not their food. This place has it all. Friendly atmosphere, and friendly staff. I took my wife, and she loves it now. Highly recommended!

We went with my office colleagues for a formal sushi dinner as the other places around Addison were not available at such short notice. The servers were prompt and took care of the party well. The food is good, not over the top delicious. The service is good and friendly. Its a good place for groups and as well as family.

My husband and I have visited this restaurant twice now and the food is really good. They have a wide selection of items with sushi and with traditional asian dishes. The food is always hot and you never have to wait long. Service is good as well.

We love coming here. Food is spot on every time, and the staff/ownership is great!! They are fast and food is as fresh as any other upscale sushi in the metro. They are located right by our apartment and I am so glad they are as good as they are.

Sometimes I want sushi. Most of the time, I dont want to pay a lot for it. If youre looking for a place that provides good quality and excellent value, this is it. Very, very satisfied.
