I been wanting to leave this review,but always came up busy. About a year and a half ago I came to this location to order my favorite their sweet yams and ribs. It takes me two bus rides and a train ride to get here. I decided to ask the manager were they hiring? I LOVE customer service its my passion. I worked places where they place my real name in the companies review that I am the reason they return. Im from another state let me add or would never leave. I asked the manager if he was hiring and he said yes! Well I applied then some weird test popped up. It was called logic test or something logic. To serve chicken and meatloaf for a low wage I needed to pass this test...well didnt pass. Boston Market years ago didnt require such a thing...now they do. I recently passed my statistics class, Texas Government, and Geology classes and will soon graduate with my first degree. I feel the test is not necessary and doesnt reflect what type of worker you are if you care for the customer. After that I have not visited a Boston Market from then on.

Nothing makes you appreciate your food more than staring at it for 15 minutes as it sits on the counter, so tantalizingly close and yet so practically far away. Employees almost seem to enjoy dangling it front in front of you, waiting and watching as you desperately wish you could just leave this freaking restaurant and go home and actually enjoy your meal. But no, it will always be just a little out of reach. If this experience sounds appealing to you, I definitely recommend this Boston market. If youre a normal human being, I do not. I would also like to note that Ive been here multiple times and have always had this soul-crushing experience.

I was unlucky enough to to enter this dive November 20th 2016 the day my father died in the Dallas Presbyterian hospital hours after after my brother paid $32.18 for a meatloaf dinner half a chicken sandwich with a bowl of tortilla soup and another chicken sandwich with nothing on it my brother received a childs meal and my mother received her half a sandwich and soup after I received a plain chicken sandwich with nothing on it whatsoever and when I asked why the Mayo which I asked for along with onions and tomatoes was slathered on top off my bread not inside my sandwich the waiter said thats what you get crackers!!

The food is good for "homestyle, restaurant" food, but the prices for your servings are NOT good at all. For an almost $10 plate, I got servings for a kids meal. The roasted chicken--which was flavorful must have come from a baby chicken (those drumsticks were super small) and you only got 3 of them with 2 very small side dishes. Again, the food had a good flavor, but the servings were just too small for what you pay. I was still hungry when I left there and felt truly ripped off.

I ordered online, then called to make sure the order would be ready on time. They didnt actually start to put my order together until I arrived. I had to wait 20 minutes while they fumbled around. Meanwhile, there were 5 or 6 dine-in customers that had orders that were late or wrong. My order was also wrong. Im annoyed because they had two hours notice on my order and I emphasized on the phone that I needles it ready by 11:15

Chicken pot pie-flavorless. Marie Calandors frozen pie has more flavor. Mashed potatoes made fresh from a box! Mac n cheese, Kraft at its best. Chicken strips, over cooked. Fountain drinks are the best. Employee asleep in a booth. Energy vibe here is blah. This is just a fast drive thru place instead of a restaurant trying to serve quality food. Save your money.

Ok, so Im giving this place a second chance. The food much better! Nice juicy turkey, hot food and way better then before. Will be visiting this place again. Sitting here I cant believe this. The food is cold the turkey is dry and the cornbread doesnt look appetizing. Got should serve dry turkey that looks like its a day old.

First time ever to a Boston Market and these guys nailed it! Sweet potato casserole, creamy spinach, and Mac and cheese were amazing! Only thing was the ribs were kind of small, but they were awesome! Chicken and meatloaf were decent. Service was great!

They dont take any electronic payments like Samsung pay or Apple Pay and they werent interested in trying to accept Samsung Pay. Even the manager was unapologetic about it. The dining room looked dark and tired and the whole place is a bit worn.

I love the chicken & DO TRY the squash casserole!! Its really good. But I HATE that our food is never Hot.. BOTH TIMES Ive gone here, the food is just barely above LUKE warm. (The health department may need to be called.)

Chicken is sooooo small. Guess theyre sourcing mini chickens to save a buck. Mine you I am a small female, I wear a size 7 shoe, The drum sticks are smaller than my hand. Stingy.
