Wow. I almost went to Lubys. Im so glad that I didnt. I knew that I wanted 2 biscuits and sausage gravy with a side of scrambled eggs. Anyway, this Whataburger was packed. Now I can see why. Even though they were very busy, they got to me right away. I told the cashier that I didnt know how to put this into a meal deal, but that I wanted 2 sausage gravy biscuits with a side of scrambled eggs. This lady figured it out within seconds. I was getting a side of scrambled eggs, 2 biscuits and gravy, hash brown sticks and coffee, all for $7.61. They poured my coffee up. I sauntered off to get forks, spoons, salt, pepper, etc. WHILE I was getting these things (less than a minute had elapsed since I left the register), the floor girl was bringing my food. She asked me where I wanted to sit. I sat down and had a feast. Overview: Location: 10 Price: 10 Speed: 10 Quality: 10 Quantity: 10 Courtesy: 10 I am so very glad I came here instead of Lubys.

The lady working the first window, going by the name Lorrie, Assuming its a manager because of the white shirt, was extremely rude. I asked twice to make sure she didnt get my meal wrong, because I order the same thing every time I come, I know the price and what she rang me up as was more than its always been. After arguing with me I showed her my app and the picture of what I ordered and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I feel bad for every encounter someone has with her today because she has a stick up her a**.

Be careful this place now forgets you and screws you in the drive-through - makes you wait for 20 minutes in line and doesnt bring you the replacement order until you get to the front of it and then on top of it they say theyre going to give you something free but they dont and then on top of it they cuss but they also cuss you out they have no right to treat you like that dont put up with this this place is a problem

I travel all across the country due to my job so Ive had the chance to eat at many of these franchises all across the state. That being said, this is the best location Ive been to. Every time I go there the employees are very happy and in a good mood. This might not mean much to some, but for people whom dont usually get paid much we all know that they sometimes have very poor attitudes and service.

My family stop to eat before heading to the outlets store. Staff were nice to my two daughters. When we arrived at the outlets I realized I left my phone at th store. So I called them if they have lost and found a cell phone. I remember the staff told me "yes sir we have your phone I remember I saw your daughter playing it earlier" that was a relief for. Thank you staff.

Extremely long wait in drive thru. They gave me my food second in line from front, then let me sit there 15 mins so all my food got cold while they prepared whoever was first in lines meal. Everything I had was cold and not good even asking them to have the front customer pull into the reserved parking spots they have. Love the franchise but wont return to this location.

Customer service was decent at best (note this was before the lunch rush) I ordered a large shake it was not that also upon further investigation the shake was nothing more than vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup that seemed a bit rushed I recommend you do something better with your six dollars like gifting it to the hobo under the freeway or burn it whatever

Probably one of the friendliest Whataburgers around (and that is saying a lot since most are friendly). The assistant manager is really nice, courteous and remembers faces of his customers. Plus, they have Coke Zero here (not every place does!) my daughter and I wont even consider another fast food burger chain. Hot, fresh, made to order burgers done right.

This place cant figure out how to operate a drive through. Why have 2 lines when you only take orders from 1? I watched car after car get there order taken while I patiently waited. I honked and talked into the microphone to make sure they knew I was there but nobody responded. I ended up driving off to take my business elsewhere.

Whataburger is always good. The service here is a little slower than other locations I have been to. The drive through always seems to take forever when your craving the honey butter chicken biscuit in the morning. Dont be in a huge rush when you visit this location. Its taken up to 20 min to get my order sometimes.

I got the complete wrong bag of food on a Friday morning. Called told me to come back and get it replaced, went back and the gave me burnt pancakes!!! I would not be so mad as this has been my little kids breakfast! Twice now!!!! Give a crap about quality of what you serve! If you wouldnt eat it, why would we!

Whataburger is fantastic!!! The food is good here and the managers are always great. Anyone that post on here anything to the contrary is just a unpleasant, never going to be pleased a-hole. So if you have a problem with your food or order just let one of the managers know and they will fix it.

Used to be my favorite place- great food, like the staff.. but go there on a Friday or Saturday night and its a high school party in the parking lot with kids taking over, so not the best place to go (saw the security guard hanging with the teenagers) ?? Sad Fix it and Ill change it to 5 stars

We asked drive through for a shake and the worker claimed to be cleaning the shake machine "right now," but we could plainly see two workers making food and the guy taking orders was dancing near the window and clearly not even near the shake machine.

I have a self imposed diet and usually get strange looks from restaurant staff when I request if they can do what I want. This staff had no problem accommodating me, and made sure my meal was made correctly. Thank you, Steven, you are awesome!

Most horrible fast food experience Ive had in a very long time! It took over 30 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got food! The manager was funny and nice but actually ruined my food by adding extra cheese to it
