For an absolutely authentic cultural experience. The phenomena of Tacos will never be the same again. #1 has a drive thru, but I suggest the dine-in. Its basically open 24hrs on the weekends, though I suggest not doing the late-night experience unless you are familiar and comfortable with South Texas culture. Ask for homemade corn tortillas for your tacos or plate. It helps to order in Spanish, but not necessary....Orale!

I ordered food from there today and the service was horrible. My order was made incorrectly and was charged for more than what i had ordered. I called back to complain and when i asked for a manager the lady that answered the phone asked about the problem... She was VERY RUDE and didnt help my situation at all... Later i will call again to speak to the real manager...... VERY BAD SERVICE....

Hot fresh food, pretty good. Drive through / parking lot can use some work - wasnt sure when to pull up as there are two windows as well - payment was taken at 2nd when the 1st window has payment stickers as well. Oh and we asked for pico and got pickles... think they misunderstood the order on the guestcheck

Great food, great service! A whole lotta food for cheap price. Only drawback was the solicitor outside when we came in and the 3 other solicitors who interrupted us during our meal. We are from out of town so it got kind of creepy after awhile. JS I would still highly recommend for food and service tho.

Great local Taqueria! Al Pastor Torta was killer, good Asada Taco with tortilla made right off the grill, and the salsa was great. Everything you are looking for in hole-in-the-wall local Mexican (Jalisco style). Also it was really clean with friendly staff.
