Dont Go...Service is HORRIBLE!! A month ago my fiancée and I visited your Coppell Chipotle location at 9:15 pm. We were relieved to see that the sign stated the place closed at 10 pm. When we walked in we noticed the manager was doing inventory (at the fridge) and the worker was cleaning one of the stoves. We waited around for about 3 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. After waiting my fiancée asked, “Are you open”? One of the workers cleaning said “yes”. She continued to clean and never asked us for help. After that, 4 other people walked in, and we all were waiting for someone to help us. Nobody did. This went on for another 4 minutes and we decided to go next door to Moo-Yah’s. Last night I decided I would really like to get a steak burrito and decided to give the Coppell Chipotle location one more chance. I visited the place at 9:20 and the same manager was doing inventory and the woman behind the counter was standing there on her phone. She looked up at me and slowly put on her plastic gloves, all while sighing. She then looked up and asked “can I help you” in a very lackadaisical manner. I then said “hello…I would like a steak burrito”. She slowly opened up a new tortilla bag, put new foil on the machine, and then heated the tortilla. She put rice on the tortilla and said “what else”. I said “I notice your black beans are empty…will you have some more”. She looked at the manager and he said “5-10 more minutes”. She then told me “10 minutes” and I said “well, I usually only get black beans…it’s really going to be 10 more minutes”? She then said “what else”. I then looked at her and the manager and said “I’m going next door to Moo-Yah’s”. The service here is terrible. Do not go.

I love Chipotle and have been to several different Chipotle restaraunts around the metroplex. The one is coppell is BY FAR the WORST Chipotle I have EVER been to. Some of the employees dont even know how to fold the burrito correctly. I had to flag down a manager to refold the burrito for me because there was absolutely no way that when I opened the foil all of the burrito wouldnt spill out completely all over me. I literally thought it was a joke that they actually thought I would buy and walk out with the mess they made for me. Absolutely appalling the lack of training they give their employees. For the price I pay,which everyone will agree is overpriced, the crap burrito they made for me was unacceptable. It is disappointing that I have to travel 10 minutes for Chipotle when I can go to coppell less than five minutes away. I have given it four separate chances but each time they disappoint. Train your teenagers!!! How hard is it to fold a burrito?!?!?!

The times I have visit this location, the experience was nice. You go in, tell them what you want and you get it. Nothing too difficult about it. I dont go to this as often since they opened the one in the Grapevine Mills area. 4/16/2016: First time coming here in over 2 years and it was not a great experience. I walked in and the line was to the exit on Saturday and I was trying to figure out what the issue was. Well, turns out the team members were a bunch of teens taking their time. Joking, talking with themselves, and not really having a sense of urgency. There were people who ordered their food and it would sit there until the person had time to either add the extras or the cashier was in the back chatting with co-workers. It took about 15 minutes to get my order done. Next time I will trust my feelings and not wait in line. Ill stick to the one Grapevine or Lewisville.

Overall, its a good experience coming to this location, however, there are a few things that make this location below par for me... First, unfortunately, the location is small. During lunch, a lot of times, its difficult to find somewhere to sit. Not really their fault on this one. Second, and the only reason I dont rate this location 4 out of 5 stars, is because of the AWFUL music, played LOUDLY! I often joke that its a technique to get people in an out of the location quickly! Im a fan of music, and even loud music, but I do believe management needs to come in for lunch sometime and see the level these teens are playing the music at.

I absolutely love this Chipotle. I have a severe avocado allergy. Every single time I come to this location and ask for them to change their gloves before handling my food they always do so and never complain or give me a hard time. Most of the time I go in when its typically not a busy time because I know that its easier to slow down and accommodate an allergy. Most of the time they will get the cheese for my bowl from off the line to avoid cross contamination with the guacamole. This location has great employees that care about their customers and it has kept me coming back time and time again.

This restaurant in COPPELL, TX, is the SLOWEST in the world!!! Ive been going here for 5+ years but have noticed a full staff change recently. The new staff (a bunch of kids) Just dont know Anything about customer service. ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WERE INCREDIBLE (MOSTLY HISPANIC STAFF) ARE NOW GONE! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! SLOWWWWWWW AS CHRISTMAS. TEENAGERS RUNNING ORDERS ARE USELESS. TALKING TO EACH OTHER, NOT PAYING ATTENTION...ETC. ****AVOID AT ALL COST**** ***IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME...READ BELOW!!!! OTHERS SAW THE SAME. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I love Chiptole but the Coppell Location has some issues. We have visited this restaurant several times and find the service staff lacking. Tonight we stopped by at 7:30pm for dinner. They were out of rice (both brown and white) and were out of chicken. We waited for almost 10 minutes for the employees that were messing around in the back to cut the cooked chicken and to mix up the rice. No one said they would be right with us or sorry for the delay. There are too many other places to eat in the area and we will not be going back to this one.

This place is seriously awesome. Let me tell you why! Every time I go in, the nice people behind the counter always have a smile on their face and are always polite. When I dine in, they make multiple rounds to the tables to check on the guests. I am a huge fan of Chipotle to begin with but I am so thrilled that this location is so close to my work because Ill eat there every damn day. Angelina is the sweetest, most generous lady and the experience is off the charts! 5 stars every time.

Used to be a good location. Now every time i go in there something is going on holding up the line. Only one i have ever been to with these kinds of issues. In desperate need of new management. Half full side of guac, half spoon full of chicken. and soggy chips. And on top of that the guy got guac on EVERYTHING even the receipt at the end of my transaction had guac on it! COME ON GUYS!
