I love Chipotle but this one just didnt cut it. I was highly disappointed with my chicken bowl. I noticed that the grill was extremely dirty and black with burned steak meat on it. That should have been my sign to leave, but I thought surely the chicken would be in better condition. Unfortunately I was mistaken. The chicken looked OK however I could not eat my bowl due to the burned flavor over powering the rice, beans etc. I also purchased a bag of chips and tried one chip before walking away from the register and it has definitely been sitting out and was a few days old. They gave me another bag and it was the exact same thing so I decide against purchasing chips. They then took my receipt gave me a refund for the chips but did not return my receipt. I going through the line was not as simple as other locations. The workers seemed quite confused as to what their job was. I will do my best to avoid this location at all cost even though it is close to my work place. I love to give praise, but this was not a good experience at all.

I use to get the sofritas bowl till I found chicken not once, twice , or three time but four! So I moved over to getting the veggie bowl. Now every time I go I get unreasonably small portions. I make sure to tell them Im getting a veggie bowl so they can make up for portion I would normally get in sofritas or any other meat. The veggie bowl and chicken bowl is the same $6.50. I dont get any cheese or sour cream because i get sick if I eat dairy. So in total I get rice , beans, pico, corn, lettuce. When I ask for extra anything they dont do it. The simple fact that Im not getting meat cheese or sour cream I should be allowed to ask for double corn without them making a face or grabbing a teaspoon at the tip of their spoon to put it in my bowl. I rather move on over to freebirds.

I love chipotle but this location is by far the worst in everything !!!! I always get sick every time I give this location place a try! To many young kids who dont care and are passive. What do I expect from this lazy generation. I dont think they dont wash their hands or handle the food with in proper code. I can imagine what the kitchen in the back looks like. I hope someone pays them a visit and give them a Code violation ticket. Get your stuff together who ever is owning this location.! Start with Firing all your staff and hire 21 and above. And what the way you cook and Handle your meat.! So ppl dont get food poising and sick after 5mins eating your food !!!

Placed my order online food was supposed to be ready for pick up at 2:15pm got there @ 2:45pm because of traffic-My order was not ready!!!! No one bothered to work the online orders!!! I stood at the register and no one apologized- I was not informed when to expect my order.... I overheard a girl in the back say she would work my order, but there was no urgency whatsoever!! The worst customer service!!!! SLOW SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, FOOD LACKS SALT at this location!!!! Why promote a ONLINE ordering service if you cannot fulfill the service????!!!!! Get some employees who are motivated to do their jobs!!!

Luv the food. Service is usually ok. Parking is a problem. On to the food. I was turned on to this place several years ago by a friend who said it was "good for you". I dont care if it is "good for you", I want it to taste good. Well it does. I usually get a steak bowl with everything on it. Except guacamolle, not that I dont like it. I just dont believe in paying $1.80 for a little scoop of it. Service has varied over the years with different crews. What bothers me is the ammount of food per visit. It just isnt concistant. Parking is not enough. They cant do anything about it, but it is a problem.

Chipotles food is always good but the service here has sucked for the past year or so. The employees dont know how to please the customer. I hardly ever get my order EXACTLY how I asked for it. And the servings seem to be getting smaller every time. They all need to learn how to work together and to complete an order exactly how the customer asks without being rude about it. I mean, thats what Chipotle Mexican Grill is all about, I bet Steve Ells wouldnt like to know that the employees at this location arent accomplishing what he was aiming for.

I love this place until this past Monday. I saw a small ROACH on the assembly line crawling between two burrito bowl. I alert the working and he took his hand push it on the floor and he left the same glove he push the bug with on the floor and continue to serve the other customers. I called the manger on duty the next day. He apology and said that he will call and have an exterminator come out.

I love chipotle. I only skip giving this location 5 stars because I had to return my order to get it corrected. I like the bowls and the fact that I can get a variety of healthy meal options inside one place. Want a meat free dish? Got it. Want a cheesy, melty meat-only burrito? I can get that, too. Chicken, steak, pork, lots of variety. Love it.

I have to give this Chipotle 5 stars because the service was excellent ams the food. When it was my time to order I was greeted with smiles. Once I got home my nephew, my daughter, and I grubbed down. And we still had some left over. Great portions and great flavors. Ill travel an extra few miles to this on e because I was truly satisfied. Thanks!

The food is pretty good. They have their own style of course, so its not any type of Authentic Mexican food or anything like that. In my opinion, the food isnt worth the wait in line. My biggest complaint is the parking situation. Whenever I come to this location its always a hassle to find a spot, which makes me want to bypass it overall.

The reason for my one star is the parking. You cannot find parking around 6:30pm. If you do find parking you will wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes. They need more employees and more parking spaces. They are losing so much money because you see people looking for parking and they decide to leave to find another place to eat.

This location consistently runs out of ingredients, like fajita veggies and chicken. Some of the staff members were rude. The tables dont get cleaned very often and are covered in food residue. Several puddles on the floor and dirty dishes stacked up on the counter. Trash cans are overflowing. This is not a nice location.

Chipotle in general is a great place , but this one in particular is lacking . The service definitely needs important and they give more to some customers then others as far as food goes . I have been there several times because it is close to my company and every time it is like this .. they definitely need to improve .

Worst chipotle ever, waited in line for 20-30 mins. Horrible customer service, the guy that rolled my burrito needs to be retrained on the most basic I job ever. My burrito wasnt a burrito at it it was wrapped like a ball and all the food was out side and falling out Before I even started eating it.
