This place deserves no stars!!! I order my first item, a grilled cheese, and the girl taking the order rudely says,"is that it", I kindly reply," no maam, I also need a small tator tots", not halfway through she says,"well is that it...through out every item was the same. Other locations arent so rude and usually ask would you like anything else to go with your order. That should have been a clue that the food ordered would be nasty. Instead of the grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered i got toast. You couldnt even see the cheese. It was just bread. When we cut the sandwich in half no cheese. So we had bread. My daughter ordered a frozen slush and she received syrup with lime. It wasnt even a slush consistency. To add on, I paid with my debit card. The screen had a message that said the price was charged to my card. We get the order and the girl is waiting for payment. I told her I paid with my card. She replies it didnt go through. I told her the message that was on the screen stating my card was charged. She then says no that she needed to take it and make sure. I told her no it went through. She says well give me the card and i will check. She takes it and comes back and says,"oh sorry it did go through." I knew it went through. Very rude people and food is horrible. I even tried giving it to the dogs and they wouldnt even eat it!!! Thats how bad the food is. Will not return. Rather drive an hour away to San Antonio. My grilled cheese looks nothing like the advertised one.

Service was incredibly slow. I was there for 15 mins before they answered me and took my order. When I got my food it was over cooked. I ordered popcorn chicken and it was almost dehydrated. The chicken was not even juicy, there were pieces so hard I couldnt even bite them. As for drinks, you never get what you ask for. If I want extra fruit and pay for extra fruit in the lime-aides I never get it workout throwing a fit when they bring me my drink. Them when I get the extra fruit, its in a separate cup by itself and its a sad old looking lime wedge and 1 squished up cherry. My vanilla Dr. Pepper never gets vanilla put in it, but yet I pay for it. So then I have to wait yet another 15 mins for them to bring me another 1 thats right.

Ridiculous. My boyfriend and i went here a few days ago and we waited a good 30 mins for french toast sticks, small tot, a jr. Breakfast Burrito and a couple drinks. When we got it, we didnt get any salsa, the tots looked like they went through a cheese grater, and we didnt recieve a reciept. It wasnt even too busy and there were other vehicles that pulled in after us that were recieving their orders before us. Dont go here if youre in any kind of hurry.

After reading some of the reviews for this location, I was concerned about trying it. However, all of the staff was friendly, polite and fast. Our food was delicious and hot. The only "negative" was that they forgot the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. The carhop had it to my window almost before I finished talking to the girl inside. I was very impressed and happy that this is my new "home" sonic.

Awesome service! Gage instead of risking getting an order wrong came out to the car to insure that the order was correct... even gave me time to call my wife to find out what she wanted as a substsubstitution to something they ran out of. Again 2 thumbs up...also in general THIS PLACE IS A STONERS DREAM PALLACE FOR THE MUNCHIES!!!

arrived at 9:30pm and ordered chicken strips. at 10:05 hadnt even seen them attempt to cook them. employees were too busy playing and taking on their phones. aaah yes another floresville restaurant that is terrible. floresville needs to get some kind of award for highest concentration of bad restaurants. Will not be returning.

Worst sonic ever...they always get your order wrong and then wanna get attitudes when your pissed what u paid for is not right....the the burgers are always mushy and and just thrown together and the chicken is over cooked...oh and their drinks their either watered down or are not mixed right!!!

This is the worst sonic! Go here if you want to wait forever for food, then get over cooked burnt food and cold fries!!! Popcorn chicken was so over cooked there wasnt even chicken left inside the hard balls!! And on top of the horrible food, the staff is extremely rude.

This place always opens late. Its never open at 6am. I got there at 6:30am one day and they said "We just opened and it will take a little longer." Apparently they dont know how to turn on the cook tops when you get to work. Must be managed poorly.

The food was absolutely horrible! It was definitely old and not even a little bit of warm. Sadly this isnt uncommon but we thought wed give it another try because the little one really wanted a shake...and well the milkshakes were really good.

The curb service was great! The food is good, but their advertising screen is not factual. They advertise the pretzel dogs, either regular or bacon with grilled onions, but mine came with no onions.

Well foods ok, orfrred burger no tomatos and was rang up that way but still got them. No napkins included either. Waitress was nice but was no option to tip with my card after the screen didnt take.

The young lady that served me was absolutely delightful! Wonderful demeanor and beautiful smile. Freshly made croissant at 3 oclock in the afternoon, that was delicious. Highly recommended.
