Let me tell you.... i enjoyed this Starbucks along with its workers until.. i walked in to what i can now say is my worst Starbucks experience; the older Asian woman had the worst attitude, at first i chalked it up to "maybe she is overwhelmed today" ,( and i in wardly )commended her in thriving in her 2nd language(English) but when i noticed her attitude was to far and she crossed the line of being a mature adult , thats when things got akward, i ordered a venti Smores frappachino, ended up down sizing because of a confusion in the price, i went to go sit down and normally they call the orders up or walk them to you, well i felt i was waiting much to long for much drink.. and i turn around to see it on the counter, not a word was spoken to me about it.. i walk up and get my drink, as i sit down i notice the older Asian worker walking an order to a gentlemen sitting near me. The worst part was as i got to the end of the frappe i started to taste something that wasnt normal and i felt sick and threw up, all day i was sick after that, i will never fo there again, you should fire that worker.

Theyre too slow to never make a drink right. My drinks are always nasty or the ingredients seperate which leads me to think theyre mishandling ingredients. When I called to complain about my soy milk curdling in the bottom of my cup they said it does that when you dont shake it. I drink soy milk at home and it has never. I always end up at the Walzem or Forum locations just to have a drink remade which really sucks because this location is like, 10 seconds away from me. Theyre horrible.

One of the quicker Starbucks in the area that Ive been to. The parking lot is very small so be careful during the morning rush as the drive-thru line goes directly behind several of the parking spots. I have, on several occasions, parked in front of the store when there was almost no cars in the drive-thru line, walked inside to place an order and then come back outside to find that there were now about 4 cars sitting behind my parking spot waiting for the drive-thru.

My order is always correct, but the customer service has been lacking over the last few months. I visited yesterday afternoon, placed my order at the drive thru. When I got to the window I was not greeted she just took my card, no receipt offered and closed the window. When I received my order it was handed to me without a word. I actually said thank you, not the young lady working at the window! Really disappointed in their service.

I waited to get a drink and a pastry for almost 10 mins at this location. The guy manning the drive thru was more interested in playing with stickers than making my drink. When he finally made it he seemed inconvenienced and threw my straw at the counter when he was done. Mind you, they were not busy at all. It was my 2nd time there and the last time. Just go to another Starbucks if you want good service. Because you wont get it here.

Drink was great, experience while there is another story. Lead staff/manager basically scolded and discussed scheduling conflicts (overtime to be exact) in front of customers and other Staff members. Conversation was definitely inappropriate to be held on sales floor. I now know company policy, along with any other customer that was in ear shot...entire store.

Eh. I feel like the drinks I get from here are always watered down. Kinda sad. The only thing I like about this place is that its close to where I live so it makes it convenient for me to get drinks here rather at another Starbucks. Even the employees seem to have a bad attitude and like they dislike their job. Always new faces to be seen at this place.

Sadly, the last time (April) I was here the took too long and werent very friendly very different from the other stores Ive visited. The worse part is that I happen to be with corporate employees and the employees didnt even make an effort to fake customer service. Wouldnt recommend, the Starbucks at Target on FM 78 or Rittiman are better choices.

Does a warm environment a great place to study a great place to socialize great place with coffee and different beverages that you can purchase and they have great food meat not someone people thats pretty much professional basic that can answer some of your questions that you may have and just full of love and environment. And I love Starbucks

The folks working here are pretty awesome. They have fun doing their job, you can tell. The store is always clean and they hit the rest rooms and keep them tidy! overall a great experience at this location. I fully recommend over some of the other locations.
