I love this location. The staff is super friendly and are always full of smiles. The wait is sometimes kinda long but I dont have an issue when I order with the app. My drink is almost always ready when I get there. My only issue is this location and the surrounding locations running out of supply. If you have a popular drink wouldnt it make sense to have the stock? Its always a hit and miss when I order the Strawberry Refresher and I get in the drive thru and everything is fine until I have to get to the window and then they tell me. if they dont have it, it would be nice if they tell me at the ordering thing, instead of at the window. It waste time. I order on the app so then I dont have a huge wait time. Please get more stock in for the refreshers. They are huge especially with the warmer weather. I like ordering what I like, not to settle for something that I really do not want, because I already bought it. Staff is 5 star, the location is 5 star. I guess better organization I could give this a 5.

Possibly the worst Starbucks in the metro area. Waited 20 mins for my order Vanilla Bean Frap, 3 employees were cleaning and 1 was making drinks from drive through and lobby, and the lobby was full. But then listened to one of the employees explain to 3 customers how the Blue syrup makes no flavor in a Unicorn Frap. Make sure there are no shareholders in ear shot when you lie to our customers please. I think some retraining is in order, when making a standard drink its just that. If your out of an ingredient as you claimed, tell the customer at the time of purchase. Do not just give them an unfinished drink and then have the audacity to tell said customers well if you wanna get back in line I can give you your money back. Again lobby had at least 10 customers in it. Manager please address these concerns.

Dont come to this location......Been to Starbucks all over the country. I hate to say this, but this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to from a customer service perspective. Bottom line.....there is no adult supervision behind the counter. A bunch of 20 somethings that are very immature and not respectful to customers. Ive been to this location multiple times with zero improvement. I called the manager and attempted to provide constructive feedback, but she didnt have time to speak and said she would call me back, but never did.

This place is quick however they are so fast because they are always overwhelmed with customers and they sometimes cut corners or mess up orders. For instance, more then once Ive ordered Chai tea latte from here and it always taste watery compared to others Ive had. Good customer service, so I give them a 3.5. I would suggest tasting your bevarage before you leave to make sure they got it right.

We came here because I needed a pick me up, and my son loves the strawberries and creme. My WCM came pretty quickly. But another 10 minutes for my little ones tall drink...Okay, whatever. I had a long, probably uncalled for, rant typed. I erased it. To put it plain and simple, I will not be returning to this location. The baristas need to take lesson from the West Avenue location.

A great Starbucks experience. Perfect location to take a pit stop during your busy day of shopping or just life. Lots of people come here for business meetings, school work, and catch up sessions. Everybody knows Starbucks, and this location wont disappoint. Very friendly staff, and great outdoor seating in the middle of a wonderful shopping center. Recommended!

Great staff, clean establishment, excellent drinks. I only wish they had larger tables to spread out some work on. They have one large table for groups and the rest of the tables can only fit one laptop at a time (but that could be intentional...)

I come to this location often. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and they make the best drinks. They even gave me a free drink when I told a patron that I had spilled my drink at another location because their table was precariously unlevel.

Ask for Johnathan...he gets the drink right every time! The team there is pretty friendly and will fix a mistake pretty quickly when they make one. i get peppermint mocha or a white chocolate peppermint mocha almost every day!

Starbucks has the best coffee for purchase. I love the White Chocolate Mocha, Passion Tea Lemonade (sweetened) and when its cold. The Hot Chocolate. The atmosphere is very relaxing.
