My friends and family rave about this place so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a large French Vanilla iced coffee with soy milk and lite ice. I looked over and saw the girl making it poor out some of my beverage. When I received my drink it was half full. I left a very disappointed customer. I didnt pay $4 for a half full drink with a regular amount of ice. What was left in my cup was great coffee. I dont think I will be returning. For a first experience it left a bad taste in my mouth. If youre going to charge $4 for a large iced coffee I expect to have a full cup of coffee.

I just left "on the grind" in Universal City with the best cup of mocha caramel coffee with whipped cream in my life. And Im 57 years old. MUCH better then Starbucks and faster and more customer friendly. They even made it the right temperature that I asked for. I like to drink my coffee now, not try to guess when its cool enough to drink. I recommend this place to everyone. Oh my! Did I just write all that, it must be the caffeine. LOL

My husband & I had our first visit today. I had an Americano (my staple drink) & he had a Grasshopper (because he is precious & knew I was curious). I stole his drink and enjoyed every delicious ounce. I will now be splitting my coffee addiction between here and Starbucks. Very good!

I have been impressed with the service and the coffee twice now. Ordered a Big Tex the first time and a Hot Carmelo the second time. Definitely better than waiting in line at ****Bucks for mediocre flavor.

Amazingly courteous staff and great first experience. They were happy to help and talk about what they had to offer in a friendly manner. Enjoyed the recommended Carmelo (hot). Wish I lived closer to one.
