Now I have 10 years of managerial experience in fast food under my belt. From what I saw the cashiers, cooks, and assistive help were trying their damndest to provide quality food service. Thats not what bothered me, what bothered me was the manager by the name of Shana or Shawna or whatever her name was. She prevented the cashiers and cooks from doing their job correctly by berating and raising her voice at them. Thats not what. Managers are not supposed to berate or scream but support and talk. Then she exited the building to smoke cigarettes, and I am doubtful clocked for break. Please do something about this pisspoor example manager. Thank you, with regards Angela Bassitt.

Service (@ Tea Bar) was friendly, but very slow during our visit because a bunch of college students ahead of us bought something like 8 Mango Smoothies (not the services fault) and the dining area is flat out gorgeous. Im from Fort Worth and Im envious of people who work/live close to this Panda Express. LOL

Waited in the drive through for 14 minutes and the place was not busy. Finally got my food and the food tasted really bad. It was so bad I just threw it out and went somewhere else. Wont be back to this location and Panda is my favorite fast food restaurant.

Panda is always consistent with their menu no matter the location youre guaranteed a good quick meal. This location is clean and fast and the staff is always friendly. The Tea Bar is awesome.

I had no idea Panda Express has a Tea House now, but it does. Definitely worth the try. Also, this location is busy, updated and clean. You dont have to worry that your food wont be fresh.

Dont rely on this Panda Express for anything. They cant remember stuff you tell them 5 seconds before. The management should not be in their positions and the staff should be reorganized.
