The food was very good. Unfortunately, about a quarter of the way through my wifes meal she noticed a very long straight black hair mixed into her Thai shrimp. When we politely brought this to the waitresses attention, she apologized & not very genuinely said that had never happened there before. Im sorry but if you are a restaurant that obviously does not invest in hairnets, then Im sure that it has happened before. It would still be off-putting, but at least understandable if the hair had belonged to the waitress, but it did not. It definitely came from one of the cook staff considering our waitress was blonde. A hair in the food is one of the biggest & most easily avoidable food service mishaps, so much so that it is almost cliche. That being said, the food was great. It was a Saturday night & we were the only people there. The wait staff was a little awkward but considering the circumstance, that is understandable. They did take the meal off of the ticket & offer to replace it, but unfortunately our appetites had been soured. Had they just invested in some hairnets I would easily had given 5 stars. They even had Jurassic Park on the T.V.! lol. What a shame.

Only Asian place in Granbury when you think about it. Panda Express went to hell, Mongolian Grill is terrible as most Asian buffets are, and Miyako is too expensive. Aside from that, I use Asian Grill as a take out only. Reason is, unless you can speak their language enough to reason with them, the service is terrible. They attempted to over charge me for things I did not want and the waitress did not understand me well enough to receive my exact order. For the record, I do not have any speaking disabilities.

Best Asian food in Granbury. Its changed for the better the past few years. We really like this place. Its like a mixture of different Asian cuisine. We eat there, "take out", couple times a month. It is always good. LARGE servings. We like the Moo Goo Gai Pan and the General Tsos chicken is really good and spicey. We really like the Hot and Sour Soup too. Actually, I have enjoyed everything we have eaten there. The Lo Mien was very good too.These people work hard and are eager to please. Very clean.

Here for lunch. Order the hot sour soup flied lice and thai schicken. The soup was luke warm and too fatty/thick for my liking. I have ate many h and s soups in my life and this was a 5 or 6 out of 10. I wouldnt get it again. The thai chicken was good as was the rice but the portion was smaller than all the other reviewers were raving about. I stopped by the Panda Express before coming here and the food looked good but after Redington the bad reviews decided to come here instead. Not sure if Ill be back

Overall a decent Chinese place in a town with very few Asian options. There arent many vegetarian options but the Ma-po tofu looked interesting. Basically tofu and vegetables in a (mildly) spicy black bean sauce. The ambience is only so-so. I will likely order takeout in the future. I enjoyed the food and will probably be back when craving Asian food (and dont want to cook myself) but ultimately I am not excited by this restaurant so far. I will update as I try new dishes.

Everything we have had at the Asian Grill is wonderful. The panang chicken, the sweet and sour shrimp, the shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce are out of this world. You also need to ask them to make the egg foo young, which is not on the menu,but they will make it for you and it is delicious!A And dont forget to try the hot and sour soup to start the meal. We eat at the Asian Grill every chance we get.

These guys might be right next to a pet store, but dont let that scare you away. This is one of Granburys best kept secrets. They have a really broad menu and everything is fresh. You can eat here for lunch for less than $7. Not many places you can do that in Granbury! Its real quiet here too, especially on week nights. Great lunch spot or date spot!

Family run buisness. When we walked in we were greeted by a very well mannered daughter. She seated us and asked what we would like to drink. My wife and I run a family buisness and its very refreshing to see little ones help and remain courteous. The food was amazing, fresh and you can taste it! We will definitely be back.

Almost perfect! Delicious food, polite and attentive service, and HUGE portions. One star lost due to their card machine is often out of service. I typically purchase the general tsos chicken and have included a picture to show you just how great the portions are. Often times my daughter and I will share an order.

A great time every time. Im so glad they are still open and doing well because the food is great and the prices are very reasonable. Great menu options and Ive never been disappointed even when ordering something adventurous. Made fresh to order food and great service have made me a repeat customer.

I have now ate at Asian Grill 3 times since they opened. The food has been consistently very good! The quality of ingredients are always fresh! We love the orange chicken and vegetable medley with added chicken. The portions are very large making it easy to share or freeze for later.

Clean little place. We went here on Valentines since it was the only place in town we could get a table. Food was excellent and service was great. The whole family helps out. We will be back!

WORST EVER!!!! One star is five too many! Bad service, snotty waitress and food made me sick! I reported this place to the Health Department after getting sick for two days!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Answering the phone for call in orders would be nice. Especially at 6pm? Food is good. I like their fried rice.
