I normally dont write restaurant reviews unless theyre completely awesome or horrible. In this case, Super Chix is completely horribly awesome! The first time I tried this place out was through UberEats. I ordered the exclusive $15 UberEats combo that came with a Simple Chicken Sandwich + Hand Cut Fries (with your choice of seasoning)+ Bottled Drink of choice + Pint Frozen Custard of choice. Even though I was sad to find out that my sandwich was already humid/soggy, my fries went timid, and my frozen custard was melting when it arrived, it still tasted delicious! Of course, I dont blame them for the condition in which the food was in. I blame Texas heat and travel time. I wanted to give them a fair second chance by getting off my lazy butt and driving over to their location to taste it first-hand today. Place was packed during lunch time and rightfully so. This time around I ordered their Grilled Chicken Sandwich with lettuce, tomato, bacon, avacado, and ranch, side of Hand-Cut Fries with Signature Sweet seasoning, a craft soda fountain drink, and a large-sized Flavor of the Week (this week, its Mint Oreo) Frozen Custard (it came with a cookie on top, haha). It was more than I expected. It was extremely delicious. Not only do they have amazing food, but amazing service as well! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful as I was confused on the whole ordering and retrieving process (apparently, you turn in a checker chip to get your frozen custard). My only wish now is for them to have more space to sit down. Other than that, everything is perfect! In my opinion, this restaurant is better than Chik-Fil-A and/or Raising Canes (which was my previous favorite chicken place). Give Super Chix a try! You will not be disappointed!

Well firstly I came with an open mind, hoping for a gem in my local neighborhood, thinking if its good Ill definitely visit again, I was dissatisfied.. The cashier looked bored like she didnt feel like taking my order, & sorta rushed me knowing it was my first visited, so Im like well I can take that if its good, after about a 12 minute wait.. I got my order expecting something amazing , biggest let down, the tenders were a toddler portion & really oily, the fries were burnt, tenders were slightly overcooked & tasteless. Im highly upset because the price was high to me, for what I got, raising Cains does it right, chik fa LA does it right, why cant they? Maybe it was a bad day, who knows , regardless I will not be returning ever again,

Food is good but this review is based on their customer service. I went to pick up my order in the call in orders line. I was immediately directed to go to the pick up window. I received my food and I decided to order some custard. After placing my order I waited 20 minutes for my custard as the cashier decided to process everyone behind me. I saw people who were behind me get their chicken before I got my first scoop. No apologies or anything. Even the manager asked if I was helped and I told him that I was waiting on my custard. The cashier immediately barked that she was handling it. 15 minutes after the fact. You can be rest assured that I will no longer be a patron if this is how they treat their customers.

The menu is pretty typical of what you would expect at this type of venue (ex. chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, fries, etc) but they do a great job making it interesting: nice selection of artisan sauces, selection of seasoned fries, etc. I chose three chicken strips, sweet fries and lemonade. The strips were *thick* cut and juicy, honestly I started to feel full after 2! The fries were thin-cut and very good, not too sweet, nicely seasoned. Its a great spot for something different but I would not necessarily claim its better than chik-fil-e...taste is the same but their artisan touches is what makes it a different dining experience. All in all its a nice spot with great value and good food.

For the price it is a great value. I personally feel value drops off in the low and high price segments of the service industry. This location defies my convention. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The food is not far off in quality by comparison to chef ran restaurants. The palate complexity wont be there but the quality is pretty high. My table was accidentally bussed and the staff had it replaced quick enough that I didnt feel inconvenienced in the slightest. I believe when things go wrong that is an opportunity to see what the character of a restaurant is. This restaurant passed the litmus test. I would suggest it for a casual lunch or dinner.

There was a man with who Im assuming is his girlfriend who just could not let go of each other. It was absolutely disgusting, they would go back into the kitchen where the wall is a little but taller and kiss about every 15 seconds. And she would constantly walk up to him whether he was with a customer or not and just caress his arms or hold him from behind, and he would lose attention from the customers. Absolutely disgusting. They need to be on separate shifts at all times. They are a distraction to each other and the customers. I cannot explain the amount of disgust I have for PDA while at work. Hispanic and a redhead(looked died hair).

New to the area and saw this place heading home from work and wondered "what the heck is a Super Chix?" Spoke with some coworkers about it and they went insane. People have compared this place to Chicken Express, Golden Chick, and Raising Canes but its not like any of these. The chicken is battered and fried, but not crispy like the other guys. Think of the chicken on a Chickfila sandwich, but in tenders form, with a bit more batter. VERY juicy chicken and great flavor. I got 4 tenders and fries with the signature sweet seasoning, which were delicious. Didnt try the custard so Ill have to get that next time.

I heard incredible things about Super Chix. I heard that it was absolutely incredible, that it was one of the best "chicken only" joints in Dallas, of which there are tons. Id give it 3.5 stars if I could, I guess, but I had my expectations set high, and I got... decent fast food. Their sauces are pretty good, their fries are fine, the chicken is good, but none of its extraordinary. The oddball sodas are charming, but dont really add anything to the experience. Go to Super Chix expecting decent chicken, and youll be satisfied. Just dont expect more than that.

Happen to see it on the way out of Dallas back to Oklahoma. Chicken is good but Im not sure if its better like its display sign says on their window. Fries may be to well seasoned. Sandwiches and salads are also an option too. Definelty like the idea of beer and wine served as well. Nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather . Immediately thought of a Sunday Funday chill spot. Inside is modern with Tvs and plenty of seating and its clean and well kept . Not from Dallas but would return to eat again.

Was not impressed by this place. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is super nice but the food was not so great to me. Seems to be just like Chick-Fil-a but not as good. Fried pickles were not great. The cut of the pickles were to large and he wrong type of pickle to fry. The Chicken sandwich was dressed with the lettuce, tomato, and pickles at the bottom of the sandwich so it made the bottom bun wet and soggy that I dont likey . I ate no more than what you see. Left the rest in the trash. Hate to waste food but
