Terrible experience. Never going there again. They refused to google an image of the character we wanted..and would not provide a toy or doll to put on top of the cake..When we found a design they said we cant do butter cream...Really!?!?!? AND...We have to go home and print out a picture.. ?!??!? You cant just google a nice image and print it out for us.. or get the topper for us...?!?!? We are paying you freakin 70$ for a damn cake for 20 people... was willing to pay... not anymore..no wonder that location is dead with no customers.. they are not willing to help. Those free cookie samples they gave us were not good.. probably old inventory to get rid of.. not coming here ever again.. its sad too... its just a mile away.. Natalies you just missed a ton of repeat business from me. I wish I can give this place less than one star..

Zaven and the Natalie Bakery team did an absolutely fabulous job with both our wedding and groom cakes. Zaven is able to create both delicious and aesthetically impressive cakes with whipped frosting. His use of whipped frosting provides for a much tastier cake than those used with typical fondant. We had a white cake with pineapple and strawberry filling for our wedding cake and had a chocolate cake as a grooms cake. I highly recommend Natalie Bakery. Our experience with them has ensured that we will continue to use them in the future for all bakery items.
