Decided to check this place out for a late breakfast this morning due to all the positive reviews on here and on Yelp. i must say that i was underwhelmed. although this place isnt BAD, its not great either. -i had the banana nut pancakes and they were pretty bland and doughy - too much stretch imo. the only hint of banana were the actual slices of banana on top. -the cheese in the omelet was regular kraft sliced cheese, just melted. the chili ontop was okay though. -Gfs waffle was mediocre at best. Overall, youre not missing anything by not coming here, but if youre in the area its worth stopping by.

Bellaire Coffee Shop is the perfect place to go if youre in the mood for breakfast or even breakfast for lunch! Dont get me wrong, they do serve lunch as well and its just as good. My all time favorite is the corned beef hash house special. Its a big meal at a low cost. I love the old fashioned diner ambiance and its got a good amount of space for groups. Situated in the middle of Bellaire its relatively easy to find. Ive been back a few times and have even tried the daily specials which were also excellent. I really love the great service the staff provides as well, so very welcoming and friendly!

Its one of the best places in the Bellaire, TX area for breakfast or lunch. It is very old style, no frills, place that has been around for many decades. Most of the time I eat breakfast and it always tastes very good. The prices are very inexpensive, and they started taking VISA and MasterCard (no American Express) credit cards a while ago, which has helped the business out. Unless the place is really crowded and they do get crowded, the service is pretty good. Most of the staff have been working there for years.

Great place for old fashioned real breakfast experiances ,wonderful waitress , very efficient cooks , all are friendy and they attend to all of your needs , I saw regular customers look like they have been coming here for years , the staff know everyone comes to the restaurant and give them great welcoming and departure greeting , will recommend for anyone for breakfast and early lunch.

Its what I like to call a greasy spoon. A mom and pop eatery tucked away in the corner. The food is good, the price is unbeatable, and the staff are friendly, though a little slow at times. The decor is old fashioned. The photos on the wall are always fun to look at. A very relaxed environment where everyone seems to be comfortable. You dont find places like this anymore. A true gem.

This is our go-to for breakfast on Sunday mornings after church. You are bound to see someone you know from the neighborhood and the staff is friendly. Recently came under new management but the place has remained the same. Great for good comfort breakfast food and lunches!

Outstanding value and great people. This is the "Cheers" for breakfast in Bellaire. You will see friends from the area and be treated really well. I highly recommend two eggs, over-easy, sausage, hashbrowns, and biscuits.
