This is the worst chicken express in the United States!! Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes because it seemed they could not handle more than one order at a time, only to be told that there was not a ticket for my order in spite of the drive through person confirming while in line!! The woman who I called to the pickup window was rude, and I am assuming she was the manager, closed the window in my face!! Dont order from them because you will get the same service!!

My family and I got really sick after eating there for the last time. My youngest was on the verge of having to be hospitalized from food poisoning/dehydration. Contacted their corporate office and never heard back from them. It is a shame they reuse and reuse their food. Weve been served disgusting food more than once from there, management could care less. Would not recommend nor will we ever eat there again.

We have not been to that store in a long while, but decided to go yesterday and as always, the service is GREAT, the food is hot and fresh! Could not ask for anything better! Every time we go there, we always get the same great service, no matter if it is the drive-thru window, or if we walk in to the counter! Thanks again!

This place has been a mixed bag with the wife and me. There have been times that the service was great, but the food sucked. There have been times that the service sucked, but the food was great. And never the two shall meet unless its in a gray ocean of mediocrity. So...3 stars.

Service is horrible at college street location. Waited over 10 mins in drive thru with no movement at all. Highway 105 location is better. Always seems to be an issue at college location. Went one time and they said they were out of chicken. Hahaha

Even if there are no customers or cars in line, there is always a near infinite wait at this restaurant that isnt even in the busy part of the city. The chicken is ok. I only ever come here for the mashed potatoes.
