Oddly enough for a place called pizza ranch, their pizza really isnt the star here. Their fried chicken is probably the best you are going to get around here. Very kid friendly, pleasant and helpful staff, this place is up there as far as a family dining experience. This location is usually pretty clean and are willing to work with you for large group and special needs. If youre not of the religious affiliation the music is easy enough to tune out thankfully, and there isnt much else shoving religion in your face which I appreciate, I find it very respectful. At the end of the day, the food is good enough and its a cozy enough place but its not a five star experience though you wont regret it too much hopefully of you decide to come over to the pizza ranch! Recommend the potatoes wedges, chicken and cactus bread very highly! And if you dont like pizza sauce there are other options like a butter garlic sauce which is great in pizza.

Very displeased with online service. Order was meant as a delivery but went to pick up instead. Missed the pick up window, a normal customer would expect a phone call 20mins past no call. When I called to get a reason as to why my order was not at my door yet they had no idea. I asked if they could get it here still but they said 3 order ahead of me and would have to wait up to 2 hours longer than I had already ordered which was 1 hour ago. 4 hours for pizza are you kidding me? Take your business else where if you actually want pizza.

Based on the price of the buffet, you should not be giving this place bad reviews. For $10 each, we got to eat a lot of food, and the service was good. You cant have it all at that price, so maybe the taste of the pizza isnt gourmet, buts it sure beats the fake pizzas of your Dominoes/Pizza Hut types. Besides that, you can have all you can eat salad bar, chicken, potatoes, french fries, pudding, soup, and several other items. Well go back for sure.

The worst pizza ranch experience I have had in over 15 years of going to the chain in at least 4 states. Service was poor from the start with inept staff. 3/4 of the seating was "reserved" yet they allowed people in with no room to sit. A pizza on the buffet was burnt and was there from our arrival at 11:35 for 45 minutes untouched as it was inedible! Poor management trickles down. Dont come here!!! Go to the one in Monticello instead.

This is my fourth time dining here, I have been impressed. The staff is cheerful, friendly and ready too put in an order for a pizza you that you like which is not on the buffet. We also have a child with celiac, they are able to provide gluten free pizza for her. We have had good experiences with the care they take to ensure that the pizza is truly gluten free.

Not much to like here.....Expensive, $39+ for 3 adults at 12pm on Sunday. Food was average at best. We will not be back. This is our 2nd experience at a Pizza Ranch. Our first visit was in Monticello. We were not impressed with either location. The value is the big issue for me. If you charge that kind of money the quality has to be better.

Used to be good. Now the pizza is warmed over left overs. Ice cream is only vanilla with NO toppings. NONE of the food was hot. And all jesus religious music playing. Too bad because I had high future hopes for this place. I want a hot, fresh meal, not a "pot luck" style warmed over church meal.....at church. Junk place.

Nice place for Buffets! They had 5 awards for best Buffet in the city. Lots of amazing pizza, they take requests, and they have other foods that have that home made taste like mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, fried chicken, stuffing, cottage chees, etc. Plus they have a giant salad buffet too.

Top notch! We went in 10 minutes before they closed the buffet. The staff was very courteous and didnt close anything down while we were there and asked us if we had any preferred pizzas out there. Hospitable staff. I love the wild west theme and Christian music!

We had order 10 pizzas to be delivered for my college grad party and recieved amazing service and amazing pizza. Everyone at the party even said the pizza was better than normal. Awesome place awesome service love this place! A+++++++++++

The food at this restaurant is not up to par with the rest of the Pizza Ranch chain. The pizza is greasy and the chicken is smaller portioned and not as tasty. The franchisee is cutting too many corners to save a nickel.

It is very good and if you go on Tuesday for each adult per family that same number of kids in the family eat free but overall it is one of my top choice for a restaurant and buffet
