Stopped in at 4:45 on Thursday, April 27, 2017. Wanted to order an 8 piece meal, with half extra crispy and half Georgia Gold. Wasnt sure if they would split it, but the very nice lady at the register checked and one of the other employees came over to show her how to ring it up. Sadly, the "other employee" was a sour, unpleasant woman who totally ignored the young lady at the register when she thanked her for her help. Fast forward, I take my order to the car and quickly wondered how they created a half/half order in one container with Georgia Gold on only part of it. I set the order on the front seat, opened the lid and felt like all of the pieces of chicken had received the spicy sauce. I went back into the store and asked if the order was correct. They all looked the same to me. The nice lady at the register took the platter and turned to the teenage girl who had prepared the order and told her she though it was incorrect. The sour, older lady approached, took the lid off and proceeded to "educate me" on the difference between Georgia Gold and extra crispy, saying the Georgia Gold was orange. I said, "fine, Ill take your word for it", and as I was turning to leave, heard the teenage girl say to the cashier " now just leave me alone!" As I suspected, when I got home, I found that even though the Georgia Gold had not been applied to half of the chicken, the excess sauce had drained to the bottom of the platter, soaking all of the chicken pieces. I had to separate the pieces, placing the extra crispy ones on a paper towel in hopes that the sauce would drain enough to make them edible. I would not return to this location, EVER! The two staff members that I encountered were bitter, rude, hostile people who sadly, probably make the cashiers life awful given what a nice personality she had. In addition, it is beyond belief that someone doesnt realize that you cannot mix these two types of chicken in the same container! Needless to say, not only was it an unpleasant experience but $25 wasted on what is usually a decent meal .

Ordered food.. Tenders for my chicken littles were suppose to take 5 minutes to cook, I said Id wait. Manager told me they were dropped and did not know why they werent on my chicken little. It was a chicken patty cut in half, not the same at all... No pickles, barely any sauce.. My extra sauces that I asked for were not in the bag either. Called for a full refund on my meal. Only would replace the chicken littles. Sorry, but now I cant get food before work and one thing messed up to me makes my whole order wrong. I asked for a refund of $18.00 and send it to me in the mail. He said he would only replace my chicken littles. So instead Im gonna write a review about their bad service and going to Call corporate. Im sure theyll refund my whole meal. Maybe this review would of been different if I got comped on my food I will no longer be eating.

Hated it. I think they are racist. I ordered and was disrespected. When my food was given to me, I asked for butter and honey. The lady gave me butter only. I told her that I asked for butter and honey. She said we dont give it unless you ask for it. Isnt that what I did? She had a disgusted look on her face and an attitude with me. I did nothing wrong. I paid for my food and asked for my condiments with my food. They are advertising that they are hiring people with a smile. They need to fix who they have first. I did not even eat the food. I got a refund. Would you eat from someone who disrespects you? Im not lowering myself to their standards. Im not that hungry to get treated like that. I can spend my money anywhere I want to.

TERRIBLE service.. Cant ever think about going back. Why I even decided to attempt it was because of my passenger who was craving chicken. I wish there was a half star is how upset I am with this "restaurant." All I can say is if you dont want a job in fast food get a new one...and as for calling there "customer service" good luck... Thats one FAT JOKE. This man had nothing to say other than "OK" Good luck to this company and having returning customers. I also agree that the place is a pit and they need to improve on cleaning this restaurant.

We were traveling through Des Moines and stopped here for some food, the lady at the drive through was awesome- enthusiastic to help us get the food we want at a good price. Pulled up, and the gentleman who was giving us our food was super kind- he deserves a raise! And apparently it took long (we didnt event notice) and he included some cookies with our food to apologize. Great customer services and delicious food!

"We dont cook past 9:30". Excuse me? Youre open and serving customers until 10. It was 9:45 and my family wanted food. Hard to believe this specific KFC has any awards on their wall. Register staff handled it well, but I could see the staff in the back had a bad attitude about it, hence my 1 star review. Avoid if possible.

Between the hard to understand woman at the cash register and the guy chewing gum serving food Im not happy with the poor customer service skills here. Also the store is dirty. Oh nice, someone looking like he belongs in jails stepped up. Wow where do you find these people?

I am going to contact KFC corporate and ask that they remove this locations franchise rights. It is disgusting and filthy. The employees are rude and poorly trained. I honestly cannot believe that this location is still in business.

We stopped on our way through town, the employees were all friendly and helpful, our food was very good (for fast food) and out to us quick, and the dining space was clean. Free wifi is always a good thing while on the road.
