Today I took the kids out of school about 15 minutes early and headed to Habachi for food. The place was slow but most of the food was good. We had a few things that were cold that should have been hot and the noodles soggy so we mostly ate sushi. I dont mind the food because I know we were between meals. I did think adult price for a 12 and 13 year old girls was a lil steep seeing how they didnt eat much at a dinner price. My big problem that makes me question coming back is our waitress. She was very ufriendly. She would stand by our table scouring over us. Staring at us. My youngest smiled at her numerous times trying to get her to smile and be friendly but she kept giving her dirty looks. We were still eating when she brought our bill and took a step back waiting and staring. My husband hadnt even gotten his card all the way out of his wallet when she steppes back up and said ready and grabbed it out of his hand. Then after he signed the receipt she sat the grey ticket holder back on the table with nothing in it implementing for a tip. She still stood and glared at us. My husband put $3.50 in quarters in the tray for a tip ( its all we had) she grabbed it up and still stood there rolling her eyes and glaring at us. We have Never felt so unwelcome. I dont like hurring through my meal and having to hurry my kids because we rarely get to eat out. This will make it hard to return....

Ate there yesterday with a good friend when it opened at 11. I REALLY wanted to like the restaurant food. I was disappointed in many ways. Only a few items on the Buffett that I tasted were fairly tasty. Mongolian Beef was good, as was the Chicken with Broccoli. Lo-Mein noodles were of an orange color. Bland and no flavor. Rice Noodles, which I love, were even more bland----it needed some spice-----LIKE CURRY! LOVED the fried Shrimp! I adore Chinese soups, but the ones on the Buffett were just downright, how shall I say this, not very good. NO Hot and Sour Soup! One item was Gyros!!! BUT, only served with Mexican Flour Tortillas and just sliced red onions and green peppers. NO tzatziki sauce!!! Gyros meat was tasty, but with no sauce and no pita bread, a wasted effort!!! Lots of some good dessert items, fruit, cakes, etc. Service was very good and welcoming. In the final analysis however, Most of what I tasted was forgettable and bland and I hated that I felt this way. They really need to add some more spice and flavor to their food!!!!!!!!! For me and my friend, this one trip was more than enough NOT to go back. Too many other, better options are available.

Beware of the Sushi Chef that is the tallest one mostly dressed in black. He was giving my teenage daughter dirty looks and asked her not to eat anymore kimbop. She grabbed 8 slices and returned to the table... ate those, and went back for seconds... same amount. My son, went to grab 6 and the tallest Sushi Chef gave him an angry stare down. You would think they took the whole plate.... no! We also, left a 15 dollar tip. My husband asked to speak with the "manager" and of course the guy was defending the his Sushi Chef and asked if he wiped them out and took all of them and if he left some for others. And he said, most people, eat a bit of everything NOT just the kimbop. That is all she came there for and she eats them and doesnt waste. My husband asked if this there was a restriction. He said no.. although, the chef was bullying my little girl out of eating them. I sent her brother with her the second time. Be cautious parents.... Hes aggressive.

Im not a big fan of Asian food but usually I can find something at a buffet that I like. this place was awful. the food looked horrible, the fried rice was orange and didnt have any of the vegies you find even in the cheapest pet shop. the whole restaurant is decorated with mini blind rods and multi-colored lights and the speaker system is hooked up to someones Walkman. I took 2 trips through the buffet and the only thing I could find worth eating was the pudding. my son, 10 who can eat a whole rack of ribs, couldnt stomach their version. he said they were all fat and they didnt taste good. my Californian wife didnt even like the sushi, my kids didnt like the sushi, my motherIL didnt like the sushi. the waiter was great and the tea was sweetened pretty well but the ladies at the counter trash talked me when I asked them to take my dinner off our tab since I didnt eat anything.

It is true that you should always check the bathroom out before sitting down to eat because its a major look into what they dish out. My second clue was my daughter not getting any sushi only fruit. Attempted to try a few of their dishes and found the meat to be chewy and lacked any flavor but the cheese wontons were great. Now going back to the bathroom there was human waste on the commode seats and your shoes stuck to the floor. I have entered port-a-toilets that were cleaner. Equally for the wait staff the waitress that was there asked for a tip and kept putting the final ticket back on the table every time we handed it back. So no tip left today. Usually I will leave a tip even if the food is disgusting, but not a full tip since this is a serve yourself style restaurant. Thus for people thinking about eating here enter at your own risk.

Was looking online for a all you can eat sushi to have dinner after work and decided to try this place with a co-worker thinking for $11 out the door for all you can eat is not bad. Walked in was greeted at the door and looked clean neat and very pleasant...So first thing we both went up to the sushi bar and loaded up and it was very surprising and enjoyable. Then after about 2-3 plates we decided that since sushi was awsome how is rest of the food and the nuclear chicken is INSANE its sweet mildly warm and crunchy and it is almost more addictive then the sushi......Ribs fall off the bone there awsome everything about his place was worth the long drive out to spend $11 for dinner might have to try the cheaper lunch but we go at least once a week now

Insanely large Vegas style Asian buffet. Quality varies from item to item but majority of it is quite good. The sushi and cook-to-order hibachi grill stations are highlights. Sushi station is extensive and contains mid-grade quality sushi that (almost) has no business being in a place like this. And the hibachi station has delicious soba noodles made fresh on the grill with your favorite meats and veggies served spicy or not. Dessert station is quite large as well. Service is fine for what it is. Servers arent super friendly but do an adequate job of keeping drinks filled. I will say this place is a great value. The buffet runs a very reasonable $12 a person. Its almost worth it just for the sushi alone but is a great deal overall.
