Ordered and sat down to wait for the food and saw several roaches crawling across the floor. Even though I wanted to leave, I stayed and waited for the food. The food was brought to the table and looked okay, until I tasted it. Tasted like the meat was sour and rotten. I calmly mentioned this after the first bite and was told "no refunds, no exchanges!" in an almost yelling tone. I said I wasnt paying for the food as it was obviously bad and the woman said she was going to call the police. Absolutely outrageous. I see that serving disgusting food and then threatening the customer with the police is a common occurrence now that I look at their Facebook page. Im going to report this to the head of the local police department. This is abuse via the police department and I cant imagine that they are okay with this.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, if you have any questions they are happy to help you with your order. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and you generally seat yourself and itll be just a couple of minutes before they come to you and ask about your order. If you are ordering for take out however it is best to walk immediately to their counter/register area to order. Their menus and lunch specials are placed on all the tables as well as their register area. Prices are fair for the large portion size received. Hope this was helpful.

Ive eaten here for at least twelve years. This is still my favorite Asian restaurant. The service is great, though they do get slammed everyday for lunch. Which says something. They open at 11. My family and I arrived at 10:45 and we werent the first ones waiting for them to open! About three other vehicles had people waiting to go in at 11. The staff is always nice and interact with my daughter who is four and my son who loves saying hi, who is 1. We will be eating here for many years to come.

Horrible...called ahead in advance for them to tell me it would be 30 to 35 wait. Been sitting here 55 minutes and no food. Their restaurant is less than 25% full, the phone is ringing off the hook and they family members sitting in the 1st booth watching this BS go down. Never will I patron this establishment again. Horrible service to say the least.

My experience, they have better quality food than other chinese cuisine places nearby. I get the orange chicken and it is real solid pieces of chicken, not the typical squishy breaded crap, and the sauce tastes better quality. Plus they are very generous on lunch portions which always includes extras like soup, eggroll, chicken wing and rice.

This is the only place Ive found in Texas that makes Crab Rangoon as well as my favorite place in Missouri. After moving from Missouri a year ago, Ive tried so many different places that have Crab Rangoon. Theirs is by far the best. Also, you get very large portion sizes for the price you pay. Good for college student budget.

I have eaten lunch there almost every Wednesday for about 3 years, but no more. I always order the same thing (#3 cashew chicken) and at least 3 times Ive gotten terrible diarrhea from the food. Its Friday and I still am suffering. The food is always tasty, but the risk is too great for me to return.

YING Cafe is a GREAT place to eat, even though we do Delivery most of the time. Weve eaten there for several years and I cant remember EVER having a bad meal. They are very nice, accommodating, and they know how to please. Well never eat at any other Chinese food place if we are in a 25 mile radius.

We love the waitress. She never writes your order down. She knows we are ordering the wings when we walk in. Order the wings and youll wait 20 minutes. Theyre worth every minute. Crispy. Juicy. The egg drop soup is the best anywhere. Were there once a week at least.

Our first visit was for carry out. My wife got sweet & sour chicken, and I got the seafood Hunan combo with extra shrimp with fried rice with both. Both entrées were very tasty, with fresh ingredients. This is definitely on our list of places to try again.

Outstanding food and portions. We have eaten there for 20 years and always have a good experience. Best egg rolls Ive ever had. Best wings, thin, crisp skin. If they tossed in a sauce like other wing joints they would run them out of business.

I paid $5.50 for a lunch special that included soup, a chicken wing, crispy noodles and the entree. The egg drop soup is the best Ive ever had anywhere! I am a frequent customer. Love this place. It is clean and the wait staff is very pleasant.
