This has got to be the absolutely worst location I have ever been too. It does not even deserve one star. I have given it multiple chances hoping things would change but again my trip ends in complete disappointment. Lets list several problems I have with it. First and foremost is that they never have chicken. WTF your a chicken restaurant, how do you run out of chicken. They always have a lame excuse of how they got slammed & ran out. This leads to a 15 - 20 minutes wait to get chicken. The employees are unprofessional & unknowledgeable about there menu. Last time I was hear there was a hair, clearly cooked in with the batter on my chicken. I showed the manager who offered a weak apology & replaced my chicken & that was it. There are tons of employees but nothing is ever quick. I dont know who owns or manages this place but they need to make some serious changes. I understand not wanting to waste food & there are lots of regulations about chicken & how long it can sit, but a good manager would be able to judge the peak times & be prepared with enough chicken to cover these peaks. The owner could also get rid of half the employees to save money, rather then destroying his reputation with such a nonsense. Again this is not a once in awhile type situation but at least half a dozen times that I have run into this problem. While waiting on my food I watch the 7 or 8 staff sit around & gossip or joke around & play. If it was not one of the few restaurant around this area it probably would of already been put out of business. If your the owner reading this please get your staff & restaurant under control, if not I will not be a patron here any longer. Then I took several pictures of the rest room, rather then doing nothing maybe the staff could take the time to clean it!

Every time I come here the drive through takes forever. Even if there is just one car in front of you like there is now. I have had time to pull this up wrote a review and this is after waiting long enough to feel its tasking too long. This is just nuts. The workers are very nice it just always takes too long see still typing wow am out of stuff to type but am still waiting in the line that takes too long. Lets call this the forever line Im stuck in eternal kentacohut line hell. Well this one does not have a Pizza Hut so its just Kentucky bell but yeah still waiting. Wow I wonder how long this post can be because it may keep going on forever. All I want is some tacos folks that is all. Im not asking a lot I just am imploding in my stomach and am feeling week. Can I get some tacos? Yup still sitting here just wasting away wasting gas and time I would like to get home to my family at some point but Im stuck here behind the same car just listening to the song too much monkey business oh they just got their food gotta go! Ope still waiting ok maybe now? Bye!

For years, we have gotten our "KFC" fix here. Two days ago, we did our usual dinner (12 piece bucket, etc.). The chicken was brown with old grease. The biscuits were dried and hard. Total shock. I called and they were surprised(?), but driving back over there to replace what we purchased would have cost too much time and gas, and the offer of a meal - what did that mean? We will wait a while before attempting the chicken again. I put three stars instead of one, because this is the first time weve gotten a meal we were unable to enjoy from there and are hoping that just by calling, this will change.

I have been there a few times. The line through the drive thru can be unbearable at times. It seems to have gotten a better lately but went there tonight to get some nashville hot chicken and the KFC part was already closed, the taco bell portion was still open. I have never heard of that before and didnt see that and wouldnt have driven there if I knew that. I ordered nothing and waited to get through the drive thru. The food is just ok.

Stopped at drive through before leaving on fishing trip with friends, got back so we could eat before leaving. Chicken was dry and looked burnt, briskets were like hockey pucks, potatoes were out of a box not real taste like starch. I usually dont complain but friends insisted. Last time KFC will see me, to many awesome chicken places to go to.

Cant use KFC gift cards just because its connected to Taco Bell stupidest thing I ever heard it still says KFC and sells KFC food!? so if you have a gift card to KFC dont waste your time coming here you may want to change this policy because you just lost a customer to this location!!!!

Staff kinda of dippy. Chicken we wanted (extra crispy breast) was unavailable during peak lunch period. And every time we went (3x) the order was messed up and the chicken was really greasy. No thanks.
