Horrible service. Went in & ordered the new hot honey chicken tenders only. The manager charged me for the meal. When I brought this to his attention, he said meal only. I asked for chicken only twice. He had a HORRIBLE attitude when I stated I didnt want the meal, I wanted a refund. Opened the register, put my money on the counter. I asked for the receipt. He said "this is my receipt". I said I want to take a pic of it, he scribbled on it then slammed it on the counter. Its been years since Ive visited a popeyes. Never again will I go to popeyes.

Food is good , service is pretty decent. Anytime they messed up my order they fixed it no problem. My only complaint is that the building is insanely hot inside. Its like they dont believe in using the AC at all. It is literally hotter inside then it is outside. Had sweat pouring down my face the entire time. I understand it being like that right up front by the register because the kitchen and fryers are all going, but not in the rest of the building. It has been this way the last three times I went. Other then that its a good location.

Customer service is the worst I ever seen. They cant get your order right. You stand in line for 15 min before you even get looked at. Food sucks not cooked right the employees argue back there you can hear them from the other end of the building. And the place is nasty tables are filthy. This place is just a hot mess and when your eating they ask can you get a refill because they cant wait til your done to turn the drink machine off. Please Denton save tax dollars and tear this place down.

Let me make this clear. I love me some Popeyes Chicken. Im a Louisiana boy that grew up on it. But the Popeyes chicken on Loop 288 in Denton is CRAP. They have gotten three strikes from me for very poor food quality. The last time I ate there the meal left me on the toilet for a good half hour. Dont waste your time. if you want good Popeyes go to one of the stores down in Lewisville. Ive tried them all and havent had any issues with them.

Every time I come into this location they are running around forgetting orders talking to each other in Spanish. It seems like most of them dont know whats going on. On three separate occasions Ive been shorted on what I paid for. A box of biscuits or even a whole meal. Every time I go back in to resolve this issue there is a problem. I love me some popeyes chicken but this one is ridiculous.

Wait was ~25 minutes in store just to have our order taken. Only 1 employee out of 5-6 working the front, and she didnt seem too motivated. She took 3-4 orders at a time, and had to prepare them herself. It seemed like the other staff could have been helping her, but chose not to. This was 8/1/17 9:00PM. Chicken was fine, definitely not worth the wait or price. Wont come back.

Love the chicken, great spicy Cajun. Very authentic Louisiana style food, cant get anywhere else. Awesome sides, the green beans, the mashed potatoes and Cajun style brown gravy, along with honey smeared biscuits and Jambalaya is awesome here.

The food is good, though the prices are pretty expensive. I WILL say its worth trying for yourself. It personally wasnt thebest food Ive had, but of course its fast food. Its definitely good, though, and the employees are nice as well.

Had fish Po Boy, fish tiny, roll so hard I could almost NOT bite through it. Husband had Magnolia Chicken...barely childs portion, chicken dry thamk God we got 2 dipping sauces to get it moist.
