Stay away!! They do horrible business. I coordinated a wedding here because the food was wanted from here. They were under renovations for a long time and we kept getting "Itll be ready" and "I promise...no worry." Well, the day came and the staff didnt set tables properly and had to be redone by myself and another friend. The owner ended up double booking (which I found out after reception started as I went to look for where the heck she was) so two wedding were happening with insufficient amount of staff. There ended up being only two pitchers for water (which took hours to distribute until I said, where the heck is the staff!! We had people just go out and buy bottled water to distribute instead. The place only has TWO outlets so the lighting took some work for the lady putting that together. The toilets flooded the hallway and eventually we heard dripped through tile to other wedding below that had to be evacuated due to this issue. Can you imagine this ruining your big day, because they needed the money so bad they double booked? There was so much confusion in the restaurant and parking lot trying to figure out which place to go since she double booked too. Talk about ruining future business. And when the owner is called on her phone, she doesnt answer so things had to be figured out without her. Book early for restaurants but do not book at this place. Constant excuses, constantly not ready when you finally do get a hold of them, and the place just acts like they have never held weddings because their cutstomer service is horrible. I would have ripped this lady a new one, but the groom did that himself. Fortunately many of the big moments went fine for the reception, but this background stuff was a complete nightmare and totally uncalled for.

The food is pretty decent (when they dont mess it up) but their waitresses and cashiers are 75% dumber than a box of rocks. When I have to repeat my order 4-5 times and you STILL get it wrong or FORGET WHAT I ASKED FOR ENTIRELY.....that is entirely unacceptable. Are you kidding me?!?! Also, they absolutely WILL NOT substitute anything on an order. For instance, my wife prefers fried rice. The order she gets comes with steamed rice. Not only will they refuse to substitute on the order, but you have to buy another full meal of fried rice and (insert chicken, veggies, etc) to get anything with fried rice. Oh, and when they DID forget to add our order of fried rice on one occasion, I had to drive all the way back from my place to get it. They wouldnt even comp us for THEIR MISTAKE!!! I wouldnt be upset if it was my fault, but my wife literally had a 3min conversation with this idiot of a waitress and she STILL screwed it up! Just be ready for endless frustration if you go to this place. Also cant decide if general service is just horrible, they care more about any kind of event than you as a customer (have been here when they have appeared to have several), or if we just got "special treatment" for some reason or another. EDIT: Same situation with the fried rice AGAIN, but I chose to check my order before I left so I didnt have to make another drive. Different person than the first time too.

My wife and myself were out checking out the late night restaurants and were writing reviews and taking notes. We decided to check Kowloon. It said it was open till 2am and the open sign was on when we came arpund 1045. We went up and the door was locked despite the open sign. My wife knocked on the door when she saw one of the workers. The worker looked up from her cell phone amd saw us at the door knocking but then looked back down to her cell phone. My wife knocked again and she looked up again but then still ignored us and looked annoyed. We went back to our suv and while on the way out we called and a lady said they were open. We told her obviously you are not. I would never recommend this restaurant to stray cats and dogs, much less people.

I shouldnt be giving any stars at all!!! Its 10.53pm right now and they are supposedly open till 2am. The door was locked and when I knocked a lady who works there looked up saw me and went back to playing on her phone. I knocked on the glass again and she ignored. When my husband called, she answered and said they were open and when asked why she didnt open the door she had no answer.

All the food here tastes like its undergone plastination with starch. Also, despite carts with tableside searing, the dim sum is lukewarm, and dishes I didnt know could be oily were drenched in oil. Employees are attentive, but none of them speak Cantonese. Please please please remove Kowloon from the name; its misleading and frankly a disgrace to Cantonese dim sum.

This is a really fun place to eat. If youre there on a saturday, get the Dim Sum. Just do that. If not, order a cup of wonton soup (trust me... one of the best places for wonton soup in DFW. I only know one other place that competes) and figure out what you want. The food that comes out is going to be hot, fresh, and tasty.

Tried Dim Sum for the first time today! Not sure how close it is to "the real thing", but the food tasted great and will definitely go back! On a side note, reviews are a little unfair as both a husband and wife wrote separate reviews of the hours of operation. Dont bash it until you try it!

Dont go there because the service is subpar as the food is too. If you get a server named Tan I would run away immediately. He doesnt do his job and plays Hearthstone and other games while on the job. The small alone was horrible and made me sick before walking in.

This place is okay. If you order something vegetarian theyll make it well but they give you an egg-roll filled with pork, Im not sure why. But their food will fill you up and their prices are pretty low. I like it there.

I grew up in Arlington and this is definitely my favorite dim sum place in the town. We always had family brunch here on Sundays when the carts were rolling, and weve come to know the staff well. Great group of people!

The food was tasty and was quick to come out. (They dont have dim sum carts on weekdays). The people were nice but if you arent Chinese you struggle a bit with the laungedge barrier. I would definitely go back.

Try the Roast Duck if you like duck. Very tasty. These guys are open until 2AM. I used to study there all the time late at night when I attended UT Arlington.
