Worst buffet ever! Came here this evening with my family at 9:00 PM. When we went to the buffet to get our food there was no food only scraps of food. When I asked if more food was coming out I got a bunch of mumbles and people walking away. I then decided to try to eat at the Mongolian side of the grill. As I got my one and only plate I look down to notice the time was at 9:20 it took the guy 20 min to cook it. As I started to walk away , I notice they started clearing that side of the buffet so I was now not going to be able to come back and get more to eat. As I was sitting there. I noticed they were still having customers come in the door and not telling anybody that they were not replenishing the food. My family still hungry and no food, I as to speak to the manager. Our waitress pointed out to a man in a white shirt telling me that that he was the manager. When I asked the gentleman and explain to him the situation that I was in he then tells me hes not the manager I asked where is the manager and he tells me he will not come back until midnight tonight. I havent asked for the name of the manager and he proceeds to tell me that they have lots of managers. Ive been asked for the owners information in the man tells me they have no owner. Now Im a little confused I said who runs the establishment. He then tells me he doesnt know. Still having to pay my bill of $32 for barely any food whatsoever I have to recommend that you do not stop at this restaurant keep driving there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Do not waste your time or money on this restaurant ,who supposedly has too many managers and no owner. To help me. I wouldve given this restaurant zero stars but I had to give one to post this. Truly doesnt even deserve this one.

I am 42 years old and i have never left a bad review until now. Went here yesterday for Mothers Day and was my worst experience ever. Soup and everything else that was supposed to be hot was below luke warm. Closer to the cold side and was not edible. Fruit that should have been cold, was warm. When i respectfully and quietly notified a Manager that asked if everything was ok, she became defensive. The Utensils, were greasy. Seemed they were just wiped down and not washed with soap and hot water. Restrooms smelt like mildew and mold. They were heavily graffitied and to top it all off, our waitresses hygiene was so bad, we refused refills and held our breath every time she approached our table. It was so bad, my 16 year old used a life hack and rubbed oranges under his nose to block her smell. Absolutely worst restaurant experience in my whole life. From 3rd world countries like parts of Mexico, Philippines to the many hole in the wall places I actually enjoy, this is the WORST! Wouldnt eat here even if it was free!

I was really in the mood for Chinese and with so much going on I just wanted a few minutes of me time. I went in the door at exactly 9:23 and man ask if here or to go. I said here, he went to help me then he told waitress to help me. She points to 3 booths and said sit at one. I said ok, the guy was taking all the serving spoons from bar and waitress says we close at 10 u still want to eat here. To myself I think how can I eat and you are taking spoons. She again says we close at 10. So I knew that was my que to leave. Very rude service to start taking up spoons with 30 minutes left. New to area and had been wanting to try it but because I usually leave hospital late visiting my son I dont get a chance. Well will never get a chance as I will never go back.

To begin with HAVE THE PATIENTS TO READ THIS, yes, the other person who said that "the tuna comes from canned tuna" is very true, if youve been eating sushi for about 10 years at different restaurants outside of buffet restaurants I urge you to waste your time and come here, spend 10 dollars and laugh at the ppl that serve "food". Id trust a kids cooking more than this. The chicken tastes like chicken, but the fish will without a doubt disapoint. How they are getting away with this is beyond me. Arlington has shutdown better and cleaner buffet restaurants than this, which is also upsetting. I think Ive lost next weeks appetite still sitting here at my table... Ill tip the waitress, good service at least.

Ive been here a couple of times and I got to say, this place is just...meh Its got your run of the mill "Chinese buffet" fare, so its nothing exciting. The atmosphere is just so boring and dimly lit, its borderline dreary. You wont leave hungry, every time Ive been here the food is fresh and hot, so they got that going. Servers here are attentive and very nice, serving you timely and with a smile. Price is on par with every other Asian buffet, so no complaints. All in all, its a so-restaurant, nothing to write home about, that has an atmosphere that leaves a lot to be desired, defuneyly vould use more lighting and a fresh coat of paint.

Qyick. No different to me than asian cuisine anywhere else you pay 10 for anywhere else. You get to try it all, and go back. Lots to choose from. Im not a sushi guy, but they have that among desserts as well. Great for kids, and adults alike, if youre hungry, on a budget or not. Great service. Always friendly w a smule. Customers here seem more rude to a solo diner after reading the otger reviews.. pretty sure its also more than just a buffet.. please bring back pineapple chicken! Loved it here only place ive ever had it, was years ago. Very good. Give this place a try for yourself if youre in the area! Cool building too~

When you see the name "Grand" in the title, you immediately think of greatness in quality and quantity. At the Grand Chinese Buffet you get none of these. Minimal selections compared to other places I have dined along with a very low quality of food. The chicken was dry, the beef was stringy and the egg rolls were virtually tasteless. One could argue that it was just a bad day, but still, the variety of items on the buffet was minimal. If you are looking for a place that serves a wide variety of high quality dishes at a decent price, then the Grand Chinese Buffet is NOT for you!

This restaurant was my favorite until this past Saturday, May 30th...had never asked for military discount and when I did, this man in the counter was so rude saying "No, no military discount here, military people get paid a lot of money" not even looking at me...we explained we didnt ask for military discount because we didnt want to pay, but because we deserve some things after fighting for this country!!! He still was very rude saying "No, you all get paid too much so u can pay here". He couldve said it in a better way and I wouldnt be mad, but he was rude as hell.
