Only one star is too much. The wings were large and cooked. The sauce was ok, not much to rave about. I ordered 10 pcs wings with sweet potato fries and tea. The tea is something I highly suggest everyone avoid unless queasy, nauseous retching is something you are into. I was poisoned by their tea likely due to the poor efforts on cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. This was my experience on Sunday afternoon August 28, 2016. I asked for the manager and a woman who said she was "one of them" but offered no visible identification separating from her as a responsible leader or manager nor did she tell me what she did there, which was irresponsible, listened to me suggest she go wash the tea pitcher immediately then insure its cleanliness daily, said thanks for the tip, basically, then offered water and walked away. Perhaps management at Pluckers in Allen is simply not trained in the art of customer service, to put it kindly. Heres a tip for you, Pluckers Corporate: Any place that doesnt care enough about the customers, particularly those who are being poisoned by the food and beverages, to send an appropriate representative to apologize for sickening its customers and instead argues about cleaning standards after I just told you I was sick, is poorly managed and you should consider implementing replacements immediately if profit is your goal. If all you want to sell is mediocre food with a side of possible food poison, you have found a successful operation to represent your name at Pluckers in Allen, TX. Me and my party of 11 and all of our family members will be skipping this place, thank you very much. Oh, and thanks for not charging me for the tea after I asked for it, not before, nor even mildly attempting to placate any of us in any other fashion with your poor dedication to the owners of the Pluckers corporate franchise mission other than silence as we left the premises. Diners beware is the message I will continue to share from now on every time your establishment is mentioned, because youve earned it. To any profit concerned Corporate Pluckers folks, we suggest you hire managers who are trained and care, or watch your bottom line continue to suffer. Check the receipts for the day and youll find my name and number on check #30036 and although none of us were pleasantly wished to have a nice day as we left, I hope you do.

My fiancé and I were in the mood for wings. We could have went anywhere but then I remembered a friend of mine referring me to this place. At first we were excited because We like eating out at new places. When we walked it seems to be a fun, relaxing place to hang out and eat some wings. We passed by 6-8 empty tables my fiancé started joking oh boy is this place even good with so many empty tables. We went to the front to get a table to dine in only to find out that there was a wait. I asked how long would it be and this teenager told us 15-30 mins with 6-8 empty tables !!!! I was shocked and asked why is the wait so long if you guys have so many tables available. She just told us oh its because we dont have enough waiters. We tried doing take out but another lady was taking her time on the phone and we ended up leaving the place. First time customer and also the last. Poor customer service and bad management! How can you guys open a restaurant and not be staffed especially on a Friday? So glad I didnt spend money on this place. Ill pick wingstop over this place any day any time!

HORRIBLE MANAGER In a party of 10 there were 2 meals that didnt come out until 30 minutes after everyone elses. The 2 forgotten meals were barely even warm once they got to the table. There were various sides that were forgotten as well. The manager offered us free desserts to make up for it. We ordered 5 desserts. They brought out 4. We told them about the mistake and waiting another 15 minutes. We never got the final dessert. Most of our meals were charged wrong but the waiter was quick to fix the tickets. The manager stopped by our table right before we left. He was completely flippant about the whole thing. He said he could try and get the last dessert out and make it to go but laughed and said it could take another 30 minutes. He said "let me know if theres anything else you need, have a great night" and left. Never offered to comp or discount any meals. Much less take any responsibility for anything at all. Customer service was terrible. Not worth it at all.

For $68 (including a 15% tip), the food is definitely not worth it. It was my wife, myself, and 12 and 9 year old sons. One had only a side of Mac and cheese and water. We shared two 15 wing combos at nearly $20 each which included s $1.50 up charge for getting salad and Mac and cheese instead of fries. The food made me sick to my stomach and my 12 year old got a headache as soon as he started eating the Mac and cheese. Had the chips and queso which was about a half cup of lukewarm cheese and a plate of tortilla crumbs and they dont even serve salsa with it. My wife got a $4 side salad which I would value at about 99 cents. Didnt even have tomato or onion on it. The wings werent hot as in temperature hot. More like somewhere between room temperature and warm. Im done with this place. We started out going there two years ago about 2 or 3 times a month then down to once a month, then once every two months, 3 months, six months, and now, never again.

It was wonderful. We were seated extremely quickly and were created almost instantly. Our food came out fast and fresh. I could tell many of the staff wasnt exactly extremely experienced. But manners were wonderful, and the down to earth ready to please attitude made up for the fact that they were still new and learning a few minor details. We had a pretty specific order and the Cook/Cook trainer Josh...something even came out to make sure we got exactly what we were wanting and thanked us for making his job more fun and an exciting culinary challenge. All in all i think some of the other reviewers are pretty harsh indeed to pay attention to other details than TIME to get the DRINKS and CHECKS, and learning to enjoy the great atmosphere. Ok I am done with my say. Hopefully not everybody experience gets ruined buy other peoples 5 star expectations and uptight attitudes. ITS A WING BAR!!!! And the best Damn Wing Bar.Period.

We were sat at 8:30 pm on Saturday and the place was messy, albeit busy. Our tables booth seat had greasy hand prints. I have given a dry paper napkin to clean it myself. Eaten wings were thrown on the floor and no one picked them up while we dined. The meger salads (of which the second had to be retrieved) came out with the wings, so the wings cooled down too much before we began eating them. We were charged $2.75 more than what the menu stated. Manager, although apologetic, didnt initially correct the error, and we waved it off. Then asked if all else went well. I expeseed the aforementioned, then he offered a GC, an appetizer on him as incentive for us to return. Then he walked right passed the eaten wings on the floor. We love Pluckers wings... Preston, were making the drive there!
