I used to frequent this place a lot when I used to work at my previous job. I worked with older men at that time and they loved this place. Food at that time was decent. What a difference a year can make! I got a new job and didnt swing by this place in over a year. I decided to go to this place with a few of my new coworkers one day. Upon entering the premises, it wasnt extremely busy or packed at all. Actually it was more on the empty side (which shouldve been the warning flag). The waitress sat us at the front of the restaurant by the window. In my honest opinion, one of the worst seating areas ever for that place. She took our initial drink orders and delivered them. She then took our food orders and she walked back to the kitchen and we didnt see her for nearly half an hour. Our drinks were empty and we were getting a little restless because we had a meeting in the next half an hour. As soon as we flagged her down to get a status, she seemed oblivious. She didnt have a clue what was going on with our food. As soon as we threatened to just walk away, we had plates of food sitting in front of us in the next 5 minutes. The service was poor, the food was cold, and nothing made me ever want to come back to this location much less the whole restaurant chain. If you plan on going to this location, dont plan on the best experience (unless you want beer and sports only).

We went there Sunday 5/10/15 and were disappointed. Our hispanic waitress did not stop by our table to refill our drinks, had to flag her down to get something and she had a bad attitude (we were being cool & talking about biz at work). She seemed more interested in spending time with families sitting at tables. The girls were not attractive at all, maybe just one. Last time I was there i got food to go back in 2012 and the girls were hot but the quality has dropped off considerably now. A different waitress brought out our food to our table and she had a bad attitude too(again we were being cool). If the girls that work there dont like working at that type of establishment then maybe they should find work somewhere else? We might as well go to high end topless bar next time where there is better service, prettier women with a better attitude and i can order food there too!

I have lived in plano since 1988 before Hooters was at this location. When it first opened the wings seemed like about three times the size they are now. I am a fan of the Three mile island sauce and they recently changed this to a sweeter more honey flavored taste. Surprised and disappointed me. It also seems to me that the management is less sensitive to the patrons. At times, I have experienced, takes a while to get served Not uncommon to see a bunch of girls at the front door bumping in to each other. Dont get me wrong, I love an attractive woman of which there are many here. I love the sports bar atmosphere. However, there are many competitors that at least match the experience. I often wondered if these reviews are almost self serving for the establishment.

Went to this location Saturday 2/3/17. We have been to this location frequently since it closer to our home. Had a horrible waitress, was not that busy and took forever to get our food and when food and appetizer was brought to us it was ALWAYS by another waitress. You could tell food was sitting and was not so fresh at all. My child even noticed that her food was dry and fries where cold. Waitress didnt even come to refill drinks. My husband got the feeling cause it was a family table, family table or not we are paying customers and we should get good service and food. Which we did not get at all. Horrible waitress! Oh and we also noticed the kids wings now have 4 wings instead of 5 wings and the price is the same as you were getting 5 wings, hmmm imagine that!

Everyone was nice and the food was alright. Its taking way too long to get our check though. From my table I get a clear view of the beer taps and someone SERIOUSLY needs to teach these women to pour a beer. Not a proper angle, the spout is IN THE BEER (gross), they pour out the foam (70% of the foam is beer shes tossing. Thats bad for liquor cost), and I saw some waitresses try to get the beer off the sides by wiping down the side of the glass with her hands. Gross. People put their mouths on that for one. For two, the mug should be frosted... Its not frosted if you put beer and your grubby paws all over it the mug. Even if the head isnt the fault of the women who work there then the lines need to be cleared. Thats embarrassing for them.

While the service is normally friendly, the server we had tonight was, woke friendly, very unattentive, to the point we had to holler her name just to get a to go box. Her attention was on her hair and walking around her tables without asking if anything was wanted or needed. Her food orders were always delivered by other servers and she did not ask how anything was our if it came out OK until we were fine eating. I would recommend providing more training or shadowing.

We came in and were seated right away, but then we waited over 15 minutes for a waitress to even come up and take our drink orders. When they finally got our drinks and got to order food we waited an over additional 45 minutes for our food to be ready. When the food finally came out, half our order was wrong and had to wait another 15 for them to fix it. The manager did try to be nice about it and gave us a discount on the ticket, but definitely wont be going back.

Im a girl that likes hooters, so accordingly Ive had crappy service there before. However, Im a sucker for their wings. My husband hates the food so its only until my birthday did I get a chance to have them again. Ordered them through door dash, waited excitedly for an hour until they were delivered, and I got what tastes and looks like unsauced bone-in chicken wings. Im Fin done, Im learning to make those wings on my own.

Maria was easily the worst waitress Ive ever had at any restaurant ever. We sat with empty drinks after she took our order and then went and talked with some guy at the bar, and then FINALLY put our order in. We watched other customers that ordered well after us, get their food well before us. All we had ordered were two wingsday platters, it really shouldnt take 45 minutes to come out, especially when its slow.

We came to have some of the new smoked wings, and called ahead, trying to find a dog friendly patio to watch the games. We were told that they dont normally serve on the patio but were so accommodating when we showed up with our dog. Everyone was so friendly, food was great, beer was cold, and service was wonderful! They let us watch all the games we were hoping to see on the patio. Great experience!
