We live nearby and have been wanting to try this restaurant out, so we came here for dinner last night. We arrived around 7 p.m. and were promptly seated by the friendly hostess. The booth was too tall for the highchair we needed for our son, so we were quickly accommodated by moving to a table. The atmosphere was cheerful and comfortable. We were promptly greeted by our server, Elise. The service we received was fantastic. Elise was quick, informative and friendly. We didnt have to wait long for our beers or food. My husband got the Flame Thrower Burger, I ordered the Mayor Steve T Burger and we ordered the cheese quesadilla kids meal for our son. My husband said his burger had a great kick to it and was very tasty. I cant say enough good things about the Mayor Steve T Burger - it was cooked to perfection, tasted amazing and came out hot and fresh. What really impressed us was that the manager, Dave, stopped by our table TWICE to check on everything and make sure we had a great dining experience. He interacted with our son and made him smile, which is a huge plus in my book. When we were leaving the restaurant, again Dave thanked us for coming and invited us back again. Both my husband and I have worked as servers before, so we know great service when we see it. We will definitely be frequenting Two Rows Classic Grill in the future for the delicious food and the superb service!

My wife and I eat here at least once a week (sometimes more) and have come to know most of the staff by name. Two Rows is one of the few restaurants in Allen/Fairview/McKinney/Plano area that takes "gluten free" seriously. Not only do they have a full gluten free menu (not just a stripped down salad like most in the area) for my wife to choose from - they have dedicated red plates to ensure no cross contamination. Among her favorites on the Gluten-Free Menu are cheese enchiladas, chicken strips, and chicken fiesta. The 5-meat hand tossed gluten-free pizza cooked in the wood-fired brick oven which includes the honey pepper bacon is amazing whether you have to eat gluten free or not. Some of my favorites are the street tacos with borracho beans, double stacked quesadillas, and cant go wrong with the cheddar bacon burger (again featuring the honey pepper bacon). The home brewed root beer and cream soda may be the best part of the menu and alone are worth the trip. The owner Baine Brooks is a great guy who youll frequently see out socializing with patrons not just your typical "How was your meal" but actually getting to know everyone.

Their menu is fantastic it has something for everyone!! Anything from pizzas, burgers, pastas, Tex-mex, salads, kids meals, the fabulous deserts and lets not forget about their own brewed beers, my favorite is the Hefeweizen (its a German wheat beer served with a wedge of lemon) The staff are all very accommodating and friendly and very proud of what they do which of course shows in the ambience of the restaurant and the cleanliness of it & the bathrooms are immaculate and last but not least the FOOD is DELICIOUS!! My mouth just watered thinking about how much I enjoyed my Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with choice of 2 sides I got wild rice & garlic mashed potatoes and cant forget about their scrumptious Honey beer biscuits that you get with your entree and the maple butter for the biscuit is great. So go to Two Rows and youll be glad that you did.

Just ate there with our family and the food was barely edible. The prices were reasonable, but after tasting the quality of food I felt ripped off. The Cajun Fondue was extremely watered down cheese sauce. The chips served with it were stale. The food was TV dinner grade at best. My ribeye should have been called a Salisbury steak because that was what it tasted like. The Merlot mushrooms tasted like they were cooked yesterday and reheated. The Honey Blonde biscuit was so hard it could break a window. The part that was soft after you cracked off the outer shell was so bland and thick that it took a whole glass of water to wash it down. Terrible food. The only thing that didnt taste horrible was the salad and the mashed potatoes. Go somewhere else in Allen. Cheddars, Mimis, Chilis, Dodies, all much better choices in that price range.

My family and I eat here at least once a month and never experienced bad food except we didn't think highly of the breakfast brunch on Sunday's. The prices are very reasonable and you receive more than enough. We experience bad customer service twice but today was surely a disaster and we left with the majority of our food and extremely irretiated with Stephaine the waitress. She need to learn her job and improve her customer service or find a new career. The owner has better people skills than his workers. I will return but not for awhile.

Absolutely 5 star! I dont give out 5 stars often. This was an amazing experience! The food was top notch as well as the service! Bryson was our server and had a smile on his face the whole time! Dave, the manager, came to talk to my husband about their Craft beers after he ordered the sample paddle. We enjoyed visiting with him and its nice to finally go somewhere with great food and great service! We will definitely be back! The menu has a wide variety of foods. Great selection of beers. The salads are HUGE! The seafood fondue is really good!

The food is okay. Nothing too special but not too expensive either. The service was alright also. The problem with this restaurant is that they allow smoking in their bar. It is walled off with doors so the idea is that it is a separate room. The problem is the waitstaff goes in an out of those doors to get their drinks from the bar. So every couple of minutes you get hit in the face with a bunch of cigarette smoke. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke so it made the whole experience terrible. This is just unacceptable in 2016...

From The Wisconsinites~ We loved everything about our experience at Two Rows! We were traveling from out of state and just happened to stumble upon this restaurant. We (our family of 4) all ordered a different entree and all were nothing short of excellent! The quality and prices were pleasingl. And we were lucky to meet the owner Baine, who was so very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend your restaurant to anyone. And we will be sure to stop when we visit again!

Customer service was excellent. Met the owner ,he was walking around to each persons table. We went on Fathers Day for their Buffet and the price was good along with all the different food !!! Very different. The food was pretty good too but more then anything meeting the owner. Having good laughter and being with family and friends around a good atmosphere was awesome :) We will be back. Cant wait to try the regular food on the menu !!!!!!

2 Rows is your classic bar in the neighborhood, which is well kept and taken care of. The crowd in here are you local allen residents and occasional out of towners who living at the hotel nearby. Food -is pretty descent and fresh, dont expect something to blow you away, just your good old school home meal. Bar - is pretty busy as they haev specials going on all the time and most of the locals are found there from the city.
