Me and my boyfriend had been wanting to try out Liberty Burger for quite some time, we had looked online a couple of times at the menu and thought it was original and fun. We were very much looking forward to our first experience at Liberty Burger. On April 8th, 2017 at around 7 pm we went to the Allen location, We were first introduced by a hostess who was very polite and nice and explained that we walk to the back to order. We looked over the menu while we were waiting in line and decided what we wanted. While we were in line there was two cashiers open, I noticed the girl taking orders kept looking over at us while she was placing an order for someone else. I found it kind of strange that she kept looking at me and my boyfriend, But sometimes people are just curious and i understand that, when we were next, she came off friendly but you could tell something was up. Was she having a bad day? Was she not happy that we were there to order? Who knows, but the way she responded when i placed an order was so unprofessional, and so callus and sarcastic. I had explained what i wanted and she kept asking me to repeat myself numerous times even though i was pretty clear and straight forward. She scoffed a couple of times and put on this fake type of smile looking at me and my boyfriend. I felt as if she was being petty. She ended up taking my boyfriends order with no issues surprisingly. It was just me she had an apparent issue with. Dont know what the hell the issue was, but i can tell you that was one of the worst experiences i have had placing an order at a restaurant. In fact i was so uncomfortable i ended up going to the manager and asking if we could take it to go, just because i had felt so belittled and made a joke of. I also pointed her out in front of her manager and explained she was very rude and sarcastic. It was a really negative experience. When we got home to eat the fries were kind of cold and burger was not fresh of out the kitchen, overall it was really good and im very disappointed that we couldnt enjoy our food in the restaurant because a cashier was being the way she was and honestly has no place in customer service. I did not catch her name but i know i should have, She was about 52, light brownish hair, brown eyes and very immature and petty. I do not think we will ever go back to the Allen location because of the experience first hand from a cashier.

Great first impression (Sep 2015). Came here based on reviews in various Collin County publications. You get a really big burger that you need to cut with knife. Many choices of meat (or veggie); turkey, lamb, bison, beef, tuna and many combinations of toppings. Too many choices and so little time. Courtesy and friendly service as you get a paper with a number on it which is your parties order nr. Even if everyone is paying separately. Go to the sign board and make a choice. I am told they bake their own buns. One order of fries for two people is more than enough considering the size of the burger. UPDATE May 2016: Return visit and we got the Liberty burger and one order of sweet potato fries. The fries were the best part and got another star added. Next time we need to try different menu items. UPDATE Nov 2016. Return visit while going to outlet mall on weekday. Still a 5 star place. UPDATE May 2017. Still great burger joint. Probably the best sweet potato fries in the area. Nice touch to give a small sample of bread pudding. Yummy!!

Went here after an afternoon at the outlets. The place is really well outfitted and welcoming and clean. As our first time, the hostess explained the process for us and we went off to create our burgers. Expect fair pricing that really starts to add up once you mix in specialty sides and burger additions like different meats and whatnot. Shakes are phenomenal and served silky and cold. My onion rings were huge so theres that. haha Delicious from start to finish, service on point and serving time from order is just right for fresh food. Will definitely be back.

I work at the mall directly behind Liberty Burger. I usually just order a cheeseburger and fries, and they take so long. I have 30 minutes for lunch, and almost 20 minutes. I thought it was just a one time thing so I decided to give them another chance and went back yesterday, same thing happened and I only had 5 minutes left to eat. Also yesterday that I went they hanged my card for the guy in front of me and then they charged my card. So i had to pay extra because the cashier didnt know what they where doing. Definitely not going back.

This is one of my favorite burger joints. Has my favorite burger ever (Nooner)! Their menu contains very unique burgers, so it may be a good idea to look at their menu online before coming The settup is typical for a smaller restaurant, but its easy to order and be seated, as you go through and order line first. They have great soda fountain options (custom lemonade and root beer). The staff was very attentive and they even brought samples of one of their dessert options (bread pudding). Always an excellent experience coming here.

I had the jackie o Lamb Burger it was cooked on the outside but raw, not cooked on the inside. The manager came back with a new burger I told him it was dangerous serving customers raw meat he said no it isnt I eat my lamb burger pink all the time. I said this wasnt pink, but raw and cold. I gave them the burger, i guess he didnt even check and assumed i was lying. oh by the way that burger is 10.50 the argument from the manager is free. The Manager is a gentleman with salt and pepper colored hair.

Asked about the mud pie and was told "we dont have any." I asked why its on the menu then and was told "we rarely have them." After getting my order taken I was told "go sit over there somewhere and Ill find you." Took about about 25 mins to get my food when I was the only one there. My wife and I are very much into artisan burgers, and you came highly recommended. Sadly we havent even eaten, and we would never come back. Try Hopdoddy for a better burger, dont waste your money here.

The home of one of my favorite burgers in the world! If you want a burger with great taste and character then there is no better place to go. I reserve this burger place for the special events, like the last two bachelor parties that I have planned. This is a great lunch spot and it will make everyone in the family think they just have the best meal of their lives. My favorite burger is the Chillerno but my brother-in-law swears by The Nooner. Got to try them all!

Huge fan of Kennys Burger off 121 and legacy...not the new one on Preston. But, this Baby Bella burger...WOW! My new favorite burger joint. The raspberry margarita was top notch during the burger, but after it came out to be just a little too sweet. *nothing drastic though Really great staff and top notch burgers. If you havent been it deserves a try. If you have been here and werent a fan...I feel sorry for you.
