Thought their little "fax order form" was convenient...until I faxed in an order for 16 people, got a fax confirmation, sent someone to pick it up in 30 minutes (as instructed), and they knew NOTHING of my order. Nice!! Especially when youre feeding a TV crew on a scheduled break where time is money. When I called to talk to a manager, they asked me to call back, because he was too busy. All the good ideas in the world are worthless if you cant execute your promise when your customer needs you. FAIL.

While the food is always great.. The service from the crew behind the counter was less than optimal. They looked and acted like they were absolutely miserable. No small talk.. No smile.. No reply to my offer of thanks.. It was very mechanical. Lighten up kids! Enjoy yourself... Itll go a long way, especially if you want that tip box to fill up.

Today was the first time that my friend and I had tried Blue Coast Burrito. The ingredients did not taste right and we have both been sick to our stomachs since. Dont believe the food was kept at the proper temperature and the ingredients had little flavor. A waste of time and money eating there. Would have done better at Taco Bell.

Awesome management (lines move fast, service is very friendly, the manager himself is great to talk with, the restaurant is kept clean). The food is great as well; I actually dont recall other BCBs having food tasting as fresh & flavorful as this one does.

Excellent place for family lunch or dinner. Must try the Baja style fish tacos. Love the pineapple salsa and fruit tea. Good-sized kids meals. My two preschoolers easily split a kids taco meal (2 tacos, chips & drink) & a side of rice & beans.

The fish burrito and spicy chicken is good. Some their other items are OK. Good family atmosphere. The price is a bit high for what I think you should pay. I also think their salsa is sub par. However, I enjoy their food and friendly service.

The meat has no flavor other than salt. Ive tried multiple times and been disappointed. Food was cold. Cheese didnt even melt after being wrapped up for several minutes. Would recommended Salsa Ritas or Moes for the burrito experience.

Unfortunately, there is are no Chipotle restaurants in the area, so I decided to try out Blue Coast. The burritos are rather small for the price but they taste good. If youve eaten at Chipotle before, prepare to be disappointed.

My go-to place for a burrito. Blue Coast Burrito uses skinless chicken breasts so it tastes better than other places like Chipotle. The hot salsa is also so much better. The steak is also very, very good. Highly recommend.

Quick service and good food. I like their steak burrito best, but there are lots if ways to combine ingredients to fit your tastes. Each meal is custom made to order so you get it just the way you like it.

I really like the peasant plate and am always impressed with the guacamole. Though the best stuff is the pineapple salsa and fish tacos, and the popsicles to end your meal with are awesome.

Fish tacos were made with fish sticks and soggy. Chicken on burrito had way too much chili powder which was the only flavor on it. On the positive aide, the patio was pet friendly.
