I have eaten here before and the food and service is generally very good. But, today the lack of service and attention to my needs ruined my meal. You need at least one non-millenial working. I wont name names. I wanted Honey walnut shrimp but there was none left. The black girl serving me asked the white guy cooking how long it would take and he told her 3 minutes. Meanwhile she loaded my plate up with the rest of my order which was Kung Pao chicken and rice and left it sitting in the center of the serving area. 15 minutes later, after reading the screen which said Panda associates were encouraged to grow I was looking around wondering and realized the shrimp had been done for a while. So, I go up and the white girl serves me the shrimp. I complained about the other girl forgetting to bring me my food for 15 minutes and this girl looked at me like a deer in headlights before handing me my tray. She ignored me completely. The associates need to grow all right. Grow up and at least communicate like a professional human being. Dont treat me like a non-person. Anyhow, my food sucked because other than the shrimp it was cold as ice. I didnt say anything else because I didnt want to cuss them all to hell. I ate my shrimp and some rice and tossed the rest of it. I will either never eat at your restaurant again or if I do I will make sure I get everyones attention and respect. I have to drive nearly an hour to get there. It is not worth it. Spend your money on hiring better people instead of an electronic ad screen that tries to brainwash me into thinking how great you are. I mention the color of the girls so the owner will know who I am referring to without naming names. I am disappointed.

This place sucks the food was cold and hard they gave us the end of the food instead of cooking fresh food over cooked egg roll and no lunch specials price is too expensive mfor the little bit of food that they gave us. If you want to eat at a good Panda Express go to Smyrna Tennessee

This is the place to go to when youre drunk and its 3AM and you realize youll never be able to pay off your student loans because nobody in Tennessee wants to hire someone like you and if you go back to your home country theyll just kill you instead. Also the bathroom has no soap.

I can watch them cook my food. Most times I have it delivered. This is Panda restaurant not Panda Express. The food is great and the Lil Chinese man is always smiling. The wait is no more than 10-15 minutes

We moved here from a great food city and have been searching for good Chinese food from Madison to Gallatin and in between, this is by far the best place weve tried so far out of 4 places and will be back.
