Amazing food-- very poor customer service in the drive through. Tahlar, like many others I have experienced, rang up my order wrong and sounded annoyed to meet at the next window--but this particular cashier gave me menacing looks, didnt greet me, and gave me the wrong drinks twice. She was also on her phone. This was during a slow period at 9:20pm. I have worked in the fast food industry and know that a large focus in training is customer service. So sad that a simple smile is so difficult to offer.

Went thru drive thru. For the money when it is correct it is great. I ordered the burger fries and chicken quesa and I love the chix quasa as they call it but this time it was really brown and no chicken but two tiny strings with none of the spicy flavor which is my favorite. And then the burgers were so dry they were curling up and tough. But I will say the fries were fresh and hot. It will be a great long time if I ever go back and I will call and tell them about it as well

Prices are low but food is surprisingly good. Portions are good sized and service is very quick. I tried their fries and spicy chicken sandwich. It was yummy. My daughter liked their chicken nuggets. My husband had a plain burger which he said was good as well. The only thing we really didnt care for was the onion rings because the batter was really thick. We will definitely go back to try some other stuff though.

This was my 1st time there and I went through the drive thru --- I ordered 2 cheddar style burgers and 1 bbq pork with slaw. 2 strawberry milkshakes, 1 chocolate and 1 mocha. Fast and friendly service. We were all amazed at how great the food tasted! The milkshakes were awesome too <3 I look forward to returning next time Im in Smyrna <3

I think they literally just picked up someones scraps and put it in my tray. The chicken tenders where hard and dried out. One of them looked like someones eaten off of it. We asked for unseasoned fries.. they gave us old burnt salty fries. We asked for a corndog and it was burnt. I know this place is cheap, but this is ridiculous.

Corndogs were overcooked, and not replaced with acceptable replacents, just excuses. Steak burger (A1) had never seen A1, but I was told it "had soaked into the bun". Cut the bun in half, no sauce found. Other person at our table ordered cheese on burger... none in evidence. Will not return. One strike, you are OUT.

Cookout food is good; you get a lot for your money. This particular location though has a terrible drive through speaker system. They can barely hear what I am saying and I have received the wrong item more than once. If you go to this location, take the extra effort to go inside.

This place is pretty great. Ive always gotten great food here hands down, especially for the price. Some of the sides are a bit small but the shakes make up for that. Overall a great vaue but sometimes the customer service can be spotty with simple service needs but no biggie.

Offers good fresh cooked burgers and chicken sandwiches. The $5 box includes two sides and a drink. Sides include the regular fries, onion rings etc. But sides also include corn dogs, chicken nuggets, chicken quesadilla. Is a nice change to average fast food.

They heard the order correctly but gave me fries instead of onion rings. And if thats a double order then a single would only be about 3 rings. Didnt even apologize just went and got the replacement. First time there, dont think Ill be back.

Tasty and quick. Cook out style hot dogs with chili and slaw are great. I have never seen Cheerwine soda this far west. The banana pudding milkshake is the best of the over 40 flavors they serve. Come to Cook Out!

Ordered two burgers with cold slaw, fries in drive thru.. I received nothing to eat my cold slaw with nor did I receive ketchup.. Try eating your cold slaw with your fries....
