Yes, it has awesome burgers, and endless fries, but I think the place counts on people getting filled on hamburgers that no one is filling up on a lot of French fries. Unfortunately, the place is very expensive; youre going to be paying here the same price you might pay anywhere else for a meal with three sides and drink so this place is a lot more than just a fast food place. Definitely not a place for a quick lunch, but more for a rare treat you give yourself once in a long while -

Greeted when we came in. Cleaned a booth off for us. Server was great. He was the only one running 5 tables. Unfortunately the back-end of the restaraunt sucked. Our appetizer didnt come out until after we ate our entree. Our food was burnt and the fries were soggy. The server is the only reason i didnt leave a bad tip because he made up for the lack of service. Never eating here again though.

Great place for a burger!! Went last weekend to watch the game and had the southern charm burger. My gf and I really enjoyed it the food and fries came out crispy, hot and not too much salt. Service was quick but not very friendly kind of short and to the point but very fast with the drinks and food. Overall good experience will go back for sure!

Normally get burgers here since its a burger place. Decided to be healthy and get a salad. HUGE MISTAKE. I think I got 3 leaves of wilted mixed greens on top of a few shreds of iceberg with a depressing chicken breast. I seriously could have gotten more food and better quality at a fast food chain for half the price. Wont be going here again.

Tables were not clean and we had to ask for them to be cleaned even after we were seated. This was our first time at this location and burgers were ok but not as good as I remember for Red Robin. Dont let your kids play games on the order device stationed at the table if you dont want to be charged an "entertainment fee" on your bill.

The burgers here are always excellent and the service is good as well. Admittedly, its pricey for burgers and fries (even though theyre bottomless), but this is one of those times when you get what you pay for. If you leave this place still hungry, youve done something wrong. The bar area is also bright and airy.

The service was really good, but the price is a little high. The up side is that the non alcoholic drinks are bottomless as well as the sides, and who doesnt need bottomless fries. The burgers themselves were pretty good, but as I said a little more than I would have liked. All in all not a bad place to go.

I had left my handbag behind by mistake with my son medication. The Staff of Red Robin was on It! They set it aside while we drove from the hotel back to RR. Which was quite a drive let me tell you. I have never seen such honest group of service.

Another great RR - which if you dont know, is one of the best burger chains! Have to get bottomless parm garlic fries. I always get the guacamole burger, but they are almost all good. Bottomless Freckle Lemonade makes it worth the trip.

I cant believe I am now paying $10 for a burger here, this used to be a favorite place for us and wed go at least twice a month back when the burgers cost $7, but we havent gone all but once lately and probably wont be going back.

Always leave stuffed! Have to have gluten free bun and this is one place where it is good. Like a previous postersand, we like the bar section best also. Seems to be much better service and they areally more knowledgeable.

Waitress (Amy) was chewing gum!!! Really, since when do they allow this? All that spittle going all over everyone and the food, the health department should shut them down. I thought I was in a bad movie!!!

Great place with fantastic food. They can be stingy with the bottomless fries, last time I was there my party got literally 10 fries and a 45 minute wait for more before our server came back with our food.

Average food for a premium price. Bottomless fries should read bottomless lies. They bring a fraction of a full portion so you have to ask and wait 5-10 minutes each time you want more. Not impressed.

Not very pleased. Three out of three well done burgers were burnt. I should have made them at home. I know they would have been better. The staff was very friendly but thats not worth their prices.

Our server was AMAZING. He kept our drinks filled, napkins stocked, and anything else we needed with a smile. But the food quality has gone down. I think we will drive to Culvers down the street.
