This is the most God awful place ever in existence. Absolutely HORRIBLE. They are always out of things. This morning I asked what they had as a substitute from no hash browns and she said, nothing sir we are out. After I pull to the window she was texting and then had to ask me for my order again. Ive spoken with their DM, George Cleveland, before and he said the problem would be rectified. Well, it did for a few weeks. Things were fresh and everyone was nice. I get my order this morning and the egg on it looked like it had been cut into a 4th of what it normally is. So I proceed inside to the store to get s refund, 2 other customers were in there complaining as well getting refunds. Looks like Ill be calling Boy George again! If anyone would like his number, feel free to message me and Ill forward it your way!! SHUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE DOWN!!!

I had to rate at least 1 star in order to post my review. If it wasnt for that no stars wouldve been highlighted!!! Unfortunately I give this location 0 stars because the Manager Adrian was really rude and lied and said he didnt know how to change one of my orders to a meal. I asked him if there was a manager to help him and he said no. I didnt know he was a manager until I called yesterday to complain and the manager on duty reveal hes a manager. When we got to the window he was so rude so we drove off. I refuse to give my money to a rude person. I will never go to this location again as long as hes there. Please replace him. Before I became a stay at home mom I was a supervisor and I was never rude to my customers. Adrians behavior is unacceptable!!

I frequent this BK because there arent any better options nearby and I hate McDonalds, but this is the worst-run BK in existence. My orders are consistently screwed up - I mean more than 50% of the time, something is wrong - and there must be a funky organizational culture in this restaurant, because the employees have attitudes...pretty much always. Management should take a page out of the Chick-Fil-A playbook on customer experience. Also, please try to make the damn Frozen Coke machine work, and keep it running. Come on.

Worst experience ever. My poor husband was treated horrible and threatened by employees with violence. His order was completely wrong after 15 min wait at drive thru. Manager told him to leave after an employee at the counter told him she was going to beat him up. Filed formal complaint against this burger king with corporate and local management. Absolute disaster.

this places is a disaster, I am embarrassed that it is close to my house,this place is so dirty and nasty the drive thru is filthy I ran over packages of sauce that they drop and leave out there and dont pick up it got all over my new car .I wouldnt eat here if it was the only fast food in town.its a shame because it is a new building just not manage at all.

Just plain awful. Every time I decide to give this Burger King a second chance, it turns out to be a bad move. If you decide to eat here, do yourself a favor and just circle through the drive through a second time and hand them the bag. You basically dont even have to look in it, because your order is wrong. It just is. Trust me. Its probably cold too.

Mostly like Burger King, but this one is just not the one to go to. Have waited 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru and either order is wrong or food is cold. 2 cars in front of me and you can see employees doing nothing and 1 at the window doing it all. They just have never made any effort at customer service. I am finished at this location.

What is the point of having 2 drive thru lanes when they wait on 2 cars that pulled in behind you . I had to pull up to the window to give them my order. The manager was standing right there and didnt say anything. Fries was cold and stale. I think they need to clean house if that is how they are going to treat customers.

Went in to order to go. Drive thru was busy, but not inside. It really took almost 30 minutes for my order and I had to go back in because it was incomplete. The guy putting my chicken nuggets in, was eating my fries And sneaking nuggets too. :( However lady who took order was nice and the inside of restaurant was clean.

The lasy was really nice. We asked for 2 shakes but we were being silly and i think she only heard one. When we recieved the order we only got one shake. We told her we asked for two and she informed us she would need to ring it up which was fine. They got a little busy and ended up giving us the second one for free.

Tonight, I Waited in line for 24 min. Got to the "pay window" and she didnt have my order. It takes 10 min until she takes my payment. I get to the food window and they had my food all along. So I have 34 min cold food, which was incorrect. Im very patient, but 34 min for cold, incorrect food, is ridiculous.

This place is unbelievable.... I sat in the drive thru for 4 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then it took a additional 9 minute to get my food, which is cold btw, how is food that takes 9 minutes come to me cold.... get your act together people. Burger King should fire everyone in there.

The woman who Im assuming is the manager seemed really irritated. When I went in there she was yelling at the employees in front of customers. She has a harsh voice and seemed really just done. My croissanwich was really really good though. And the girl who took my order was nice.

The WORST!!! Waited at the speaker for over 15 minutes and I kept asking are you ready and she kept replying no. There was only 1 person at the window! Several people behind me and at the other speaker drove off. Then I drove off as well. Im not sure how they are still open.

I have been here many tims and the people are rude (after the wait for them to help you)and you order is almost always wrong . When you complain to the management they dont apologize and act like you are bothering them. This place is a disgrace to BK!!!!!!!!!

Never order chicken fries or chicken sandwiches from here. The past 4 visits the chicken in my meals have been old and hard like its been sitting in a hot box all day then throw back in a frier and the chicken fries more like chicken bark.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 7:20pm on 11/24/15 and was told they were not taking orders at that time because there was a bus there. I guess the people passing through on a bus are more important than local customers.
