As a customer, I like for a fast food restaurant to exceed my expectations. I visited Chick-Fil-A of Smyrna, and it has been one of my favorite restaurants to eat at ever since. When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by one of the employees who opened the door for us and said, “Welcome to Chick-Fil-A!” As I walked in it was extremely crowded in the lobby area, because it was lunch time, not because the lack of registers. All of the registers were open and it didn’t take much time until it was my turn to place my order. I noticed that the workers behind the counter were working efficiently because they were communicating politely to their coworkers and to their customers. They have an excellent menu if you are a chicken lover like me! They have a variety of salads, wraps, and sandwiches, so I was having a tough time deciding what to choose for the first time. Even though we weren’t completely sure what to order, the cashier didn’t make us feel pressured because he patiently waited on us to make our decisions. As soon as my family and I ordered and paid, our food was handed to us neatly on a tray and our drinks were made and ready to go. I looked around to find a place to sit and saw that all of the tables were clean and ready to be used. Throughout my meal, an employee was walking around to see if his customers needed refills or anything at all. I feel that fast food restaurants like that are hard to find. My experiences at Chick-Fil-A have been wonderful and I enjoy the food and the service that I get there. They make me feel welcome and I love the atmosphere! Chick-Fil-A of Smyrna, Tennessee has a very clean and fun environment!

I rate this Chick-fila-A a 3 out of 5 when compared against other food establishments, but compared to other Chick-fil-As I would have given it a 1 star on average, and a 2 on the best days. The sandwiches usually come out lukewarm, and the cuts are substantially smaller than any other Chick-fil-A Ive ever visited (see the attached photo comparison of the paper thin "chicken fillet" compared to a normal sized chicken nugget). I asked the employees if the paper thin flilet was the expected quality and they said yes, but seemingly in a trained way, so I expect this is commonplace there. The manager "made it right" by bringing out another sandwich in its place, but even that sandwich was sub-par in size on comparison of other Chick-fil-As, but at least it was hot. I assume from this that the fillets are cut on-site. While I lived in Bowling Green I ate at Chick-fil-A about 6 times a week (sometimes for lunch and then for dinner), however I generally am disheartened when my wife suggests the the Smyrna Chick-fil-A. On a good note, their nuggets are great as would be expected, and my wife loves their salads. To summarize, itd be beneficial for the managers of this Chick-fil-A to visit other Chick-fil-A establishments and make an honest comparison.

On 9/17/2016 at about 7:07pm my family and I drove through the drive through in Smyrna, Tn. We order one 4 piece Chicken tender meal; one Deluxe chicken sandwich meal; one 3 piece Chicken tender; and 2 4 piece nugget kids meals. We paid about $28.00. The Cashier gave us one large bag and the four drinks and said that "everythings in the bag". We proceeded to drive back home which is about 20 minutes away. When we reached home to have our dinner we noticed that the two kids meals were not in the bag. We were charged for the meals, but we only got the drinks! I tried to call the restaurant, but the phone was always busy. I emailed the manager, a Mr. Weinmann, but he has not responded as of yet. All I know is that there is nothing more irritating to me that paying for something and not getting it and then not getting any help or response from customer service. Maybe Chick Fil A in Smyrna, Tn thinks its okay to run their business this way? From now own Ill try a different location. Maybe I will get better service!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS HERE BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They NEVER get my order right. No exaggeration. It is every single time. No one over there is paying attention to what theyre doing. Today was the last straw. This is the only Chick fil a store that constantly messes up my orders! I think Im done going to this place. Stopped by to grab a to-go salad on my way to babysit for a friend. I ordered extra dressing. I should have known to check my order. When I got to my friends house, there was no salad dressing in the bag. And now Im sitting here, starving! Im not going to eat a salad with no salad dressing. And I cant go anywhere right now. If it were a one time things then I would be a little irritated at the most. But this is EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Last time I ordered one kind of salad and got another and my husband ordered a tea with lemon slices and got tea with lemonade in it instead. And then they didnt want to give him any lemon slices because they didnt want to cut anymore up.

Been coming to this location for a while and it seems recently that some employees are lacking the chickfila attitude that the other employees demonstrate. Went to go get a refill and the female at the counter walks right by me to go socialize with a group she had been talking to for a while, thankfully a gentleman from the drive thru area came to assist me. Ive worked in the food industry and know how it feels when others are slacking, its not social hour, its chickfila hour. It affects the customer experience, which chickfila is clearly known for.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich when I got home I had the wrong order. Ive been calling over and over about the mistake in my order and all I keep getting is the busy signal. I was going to eat the food I was giving but the chicken was dry and cold. By far the WORST experience. What a perfect way to end a Monday.

Worst Chick-fail-A experience ever had. Driving through to Indianapolis and the service was terrible. Counted 11 teens working. Stood in line for 5 min waiting to be waited on at the counter while they all discussed not wanting to close the store. Then with only 5-6 families in the store. They got our order wrong. New management needed.

Night of the living dead. Dont believe anything they say just get out of there while you can. DO NOT work here. Parents - if you love your kids youll let them work at McDonalds instead. Same money and theyll learn responsibility while having fun. There is no fun at Chick-fil-a, just sad people with mental health issues.

Was ok Some people were very friendly. Others were not. Great food as always. Would like to see you offer krinkle Frys like some of your competion does. Thats the one thing that keeps me from eating here more. And one of the people not smiling or friendly was a leader or manger Thanks ,

They always have the best customer service and the food is always great. Every once in a while they get the order wrong, but they are human beings like the rest of us and can never be perfect. If my order was wrong they are always so gracious in making sure the order gets corrected.
