New to the area, we thought wed check it out. Its a beautiful store but we had two separate, bad customer service experiences that left us sour. The first was at the deli. When I asked how much the American cheese was, instead of cheerfully checking for me and asking how much I wanted, he said, "the price is right there" (which, by the way, it wasnt). I didnt get any cheese. The second was at the customer service counter. We purchase a 2 for 1 item, the sale card was clearly in the middle of the bags on sale. When we questioned why we didnt get the price, after checking, the employee said it was for a different product. When I went to check and brought her back the sign she said, "Oh that is for the smaller bags". I told her there were no smaller bags there. She just sort of shrugged and said shed tell the manager. She should have given me the sale price, instead, she let me walk away, saying to my husband that we wont be back. Is it really worth losing a new customer over $1.30? Good customer service goes a LONG way, doesnt it?

I manage a nearby Hilton property and we strive to offer the best experience and great service to all our guest. Every time I visit this Publix, I am blown away at how they have mastered this. EVERY employee in this store seems geniunely concerned about my experience there and makes sure that I am fully satisfied. My most recent experience brought me there 5min before they were closing. I purchased a birthday cake and some enchilada seasoning. The bakery was in "shutdown" mode but the staff there happily stopped what they were doing to help me and write a birthday message. She even changed to equipment that she already cleaned to get my little brothers favorite color. Next, we were looking for a particular seasoning and in less than a minute of looking, we had three members of staff helping us. I know this is getting lengthy, but, they deserve much more than this little testimonial. GREAT JOB!

This review is for the Publix event planning department. They absolutely blew me away! My little backyard wedding was much easier when I could get all the cake and flowers and some food all in one place. They were super helpful and took so much work out of the hole thing. They ordered tiger lillies for me and when they arrived, they were not bloomed. I wasnt bothered, but the sweet people at Publix called everywhere for me trying to get bloomed lillies, and when they couldnt, substituted another color and gave those to me for free. When my daughters birthday comes around I will definitely be back! Thank you guys for a great experience! Also the cake was...so...incredibly...scrumptious omg

I ALWAYS shop at Publix and have ALWAYS been very impressed with not only the cleanliness of their stores, but the helpful and friendly attitude of all of the employees! I stopped into a Kroger store the other day because it was right next to where I had dinner. I walked in, grabbed a cart, and walked up the first isle. It was dirty, 2 employees walked by & said nothing, and a couple of products I normally buy at Publix were not in stock at Kroger. I turned around and left and drove the extra couple of miles to get to my Publix. I was instantly happy and relieved when I walked through the doors!!! Thank you Publix!!!!!

Pubix has a very bad service. They are not hiring those type of students who just recently graduated from their high schools and who needs to work for couples of months until they are waiting for their colleges to open this fall 2017. Publix hiring people are very abstruse in terms for hiring recently graduated students who just wants to work for couple of months. If those students not going to work in all these types of store this summer so what can they do to earn money for themselves and make their summer productive.

I love Publix, however they severely lack a variety of Organic Produce. This location is nice, clean & bright. The employees are pretty friendly. Often the shelves are missing items, but shelves are always being stocked. Which at times get in the way. Another thing not all Publix stores carry the same items.

Excellent location. I always have such an easy time parking and getting in and out of this location. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is such a breeze moving through the isles. They always have what Im looking for in stock as well. I would highly recommend using this location.

We do most of our shopping here. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of produce with lots of fresh from Florida options. Their beer selection includes lots of local favorites. The kids love getting the complementary cookies.

We play a game to see if a cashier will greet us. It never fails, no greeting. I never feel like Im in a Publix shopping here. I drive to the Hwy 100 location for the "Publix experience" Ive known for years.

Its a grocery store... Better experience than Walmart but youll pay for it. Produce guy is always friendly, so is the seafood guy.
