I will say this from experience as a customer and former employee at this specific publix: cashiers are nice...but store is disorganized especially the managers....many employees there (when asked for help) do not follow publix ethic standard of going out of their way for customers. Ive asked many times where to find something and i got "i dont know i think somewhere over there (or one of the aisles)" the managers are slow, non communicative and disorganized, and not the most helpful, so is the front desk. Ive been to and worked at a few publixes from all over, and never have I ever had such unhelpfulness and disorganization from a publix store before. I had to speak with them 4 times about my schedule (which they messed up) and in the end they still messed it up (but luckily not such a bad way) they were from the start not so considerate to the fact I was in college with an over loaded schedule.. first time I talked to them over the phone they were actually quite rude sounding. I had to remind them 4 times over about a month and a half to order my publix shorts (because i had none that wer in good condition any more). I do not recommend working at this particular publix (but rather find a different one) unless you absolutley have to.

I go to this publix all the time and I love to cook lamb shoulders for dinner. Today they didnt have any on the shelves this time. After double checking with the meat clerk and he let us know that he couldnt make another cut because of chemicals on the cutting blade (no biggie), I was deciding on another option with my boyfriend. We were approached by another meat clerk a couple minutes later asking if we needed lamb and that they would be able to take care of it for us. They went out of their way to help us which is why publix is number one for me!! Top notch customer service and great prices

Officially extremely disappointed.. went to the deli twice, to attempt to get a sandwich. The girl was there alone for the sandwiches on a Saturday night for starters, they tried to get a guy who clearly doesnt work sandwiches to help.. he stood there for 5 minutes talking to an employee before I walked away. Came back 5 minutes later, still one girl. Ive been in line for 15 minutes already. Publix was know for their great customer services so I came here not expecting anything but, extremely disappointed. Definitely wont come here again. could be a great store if run correctly...

To start off, I love Publix. Best grocery store here in Florida. This Publix is absolutely not like any other Publix. If you want to go to a store where there is only ever one lane open even if the store is almost full. Your business is all about customer service and making sure they leave happy, but how can you do that when you wont even help them. You just send everyone to the self checkout which ruined this Publix.

Anytime I shop at any Publix store(which is Very frequently) , I am a happy customer. If I cant find what Im looking for, any of the employees can help out. Everyone has a great attitude, unlike other places Ive had to go to ( Walmart or Winn Dixie...) for a client or on a rare occasion when Im not near a Publix and need something immediately. I will always, ALWAYS, be a loyal Publix shopper!

I absolutely love going to my "PUBLIX" on 9 mile and Pine Forest. Yes, almost everyone, knows me by sight or name. I love seeing the smiles on their faces and if I had a bad day, the employees and management make my frown into a smile & lots of laughs.

Love shopping here! Employees are very friendly and always greet you when you walk past them. They are helpful with any questions and seem to enjoy working there. The store is clean and rarely have I found items out of stock.

I have more of an issue with other customers being rude than actual employees, maybe if people were more thoughtful in what they say to others everybody would be fine, some individuals are more dense in the head than others.

The deli never prepares their subs on time once ordered online. Whats the point of having an online option that gives a time for pick up if the person is made to wait over 20 minutes anyways?

Bakery needs to step it up. Should be ready with all types of bread at all times. Three times Ive been there and they havent had white bread for subs. Wont be going back a fourth time.
