The space was bright and inviting, the food was delicious. Our problem was that we waited for it in the dining room for almost two hours. We had each ordered omelets with specialty grits at an upcharge. Periodically we asked about the status of the order and never got a straight answer. Our server, who might have been new, was starting to lose composure. Im dying for the manager to come over so we can just ask what happened here. It doesnt happen. The food comes out, its wrong. We received potatoes instead of specialty grits. We dont say anything. It really is delicious though. Our server informs us that our appetizer and coffee are free. I ask for a manager -- not because I want anything from him, I just really want him to own up personally to whats gone on. He arrives. "We just got so bogged down in the kitchen" he says. Thats bull, because six tables have arrives, ordered, and nearly finished in the time we waited on our apps. He gives us half off the check. Check arrives, and I notice that we were still upcharged for our sides. I tell the waiter to kindly adjust it, and I think this is the first time he realizes the meal was wrong. The breakfast is fully compensated. The food was delicious, and Im sure the service is usually more efficient. I would probably try this place again. But Im really angry that we had to call the manager over after being in his eyesight for two hours, and Im upset that he couldnt take agency for the issue.

We stayed in Nashville for a night on our way to New Orleans this weekend (3/11/17) and decided to get brunch before we left nashville for LA. We sat at the bar and couldnt decide if we wanted and adult drinks. We asked about prices on their drinks and the bar tender - Maddy- says, "you people sure are frugal, expecially you." And pointed right at me. Right away all four of us were thrown off and couldnt believe an employee would speak to a customer like that. Maddy then begins small talk with a few other employees, as they struggle to figure out how to make a margarita, and we over heard her telling them how cheap we are. The guy working with her at the bar-matt- ended up taking care of us because we honestly were about to get up and leave. Food was good but cold and took a while to get. One of our orders was requested without cheese and it not only came out with cheese, but had to types of cheese on it. My buddy ended up talking to the manager and she didnt even offer to do anything for us to make us satusfied. A very very uncomfortable experience and will not recommend to anyone. Thanks

This is my first time to visit Another Broken Egg in Downtown Nashville. The staff is welcoming and the servers are friendly and focused. They check on you often and provide very good service. Even the management stops by to check on you. I gave a score of 4 out of 5 because the SW Scrambled meal I ordered arrived with a day old Guacamole (picture uploaded). Restaurants should know better than to serve old Guacamole. It was only 8:30 am and oxidation do not occur that fast if made fresh and stored correctly. The server and manager did try to correct things, and I commend them for the effort. This is simply first impressions. Even with the error, I still recommend this restaurant for others to visit.

Went here with high expectations as the ones in Florida were great! Horrible! Food was not as good as other locations and took a while (I will say they were busy) ordered $24 mimosas and they didnt even get brought to the table until after our food was there and I had to ask to cancel them (regardless of traffic its kind of the point to get them before your meal arrives) The server said we will comp one of your meals for the issue..if you still take them....they compt the kids $4.99 meal WTF stay away!!!! Our server was at the front host stand flirting or having social hour more than at his tables...not worth the money!

Not quite like one we visited in Las Vegas (menu was a bit different), but good. Gluten-free pancakes, but no GF toast. Sadly the pancakes were premixed and werent dairy-free, so Mrs. couldnt eat them. They were accommodating of her black pepper allergy, and offered heavy Coconut milk instead of creamer. Went with a bespoke omelet with Avocado. Nice atmosphere, bright but not obnoxious. Pretty copper-look tabletops. Noise level was good, too - and despite being in Nashville we werent twanged to death. Just saying. That, and my breakfast date was a knockout. Lucky man. :-)

Pretty good breakfast spot. Fairly crowded for a Friday morning. I had the cajun crawfish platter(or something like that) and my travel companions had the buttermilk pancakes and cinnamon roll french toast. They loved their food and I just liked mine. I would have preferred a bit more sausage, crawfish and eggs and less potatoes. We were also looking forward to some tequila sunrises but they were out of tequila(scratching my head). I recommend you give it a try and we will visit again when in the area.

Dont come here if your in a hurry. Parked off the main strip, 15 bucks for two freaking hours! walked over here, waited thirty minutes for a "special" on their menu. Taquitos with chorizo bacon and cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs. Maybe 4 very tiny pieces of chorizo, a few slivers of bacon and cold eggs. Very disappointed. My cohort on the other hand got eggs Benedict that were amazing. I ate half of hers ha. I could have gotten better at McDonalds...

I go to this restaurant on an embarrassingly regular basis just to eat the biscuit beignets. No matter what city Im in, I always get great service and a great meal at these cafés. On this visit, our waiter Stewart was particularly charming and friendly and he made the experience really memorable, give him a raise! Haha. Also, this restaurant offers rewards for avid Pokémon Go players!

We had an awesome experience with our group of 10 that visited. Steven G, our server was excellent and didnt mess up our orders - didnt even write down all the special stuff! Wow! Excellent memory and good advice on the food choices. Also, Aviance told us ahead of time the food was "amazing" and she didnt lie to us. Id recommend this place and we will be coming back.

bartender Maddie said we were cheap because one person in the group asked the price of a drink..Then again when she was talking to the staff continued to call us frugal because we did not purchase drinks. It was early, drinking is not for everyone and not a way to treat customers because of it.. Do not recommend and wont come back

Hes a top notch waiter who took orders from our table that had a party of 10 and never wrote anything down !!!! Then Steven brought our food without asking who gets what,,, now how fresh is that ???

Ordered the "Traditional" (two eggs, English muffin, and country potatoes) along with an order of biscuit beignets. Because beignets. I was thrilled. The breakfast was every bit as good as I imagined it would be. Im looking forward to the next chance I have the opportunity to eat here.
