If you are looking for a cup of coffee in Decatur, Monday to Saturday, with a deeply satisfying flavor, perky service, and an atmosphere that will keep you coming back time-and-time-again, this is definitely a stop you should make. With their custom roasted coffee beans, and welcoming ambiance, you’ll be hard pushed to find a better place to stop for a drink accompanied by a classy snack of your liking (just to note, their breakfast waffles make a perfect start to the day with a “Mint Condition” spatiality coffee). When I make the journey across the pond from the UK, this Java Jaay Café is my first point of call.

My husband and I really liked this place! We got the "Mint Condition" and the "Almond Joy" lattes, and both were very tasty. The shop is very homey and slightly boho, with quiet guitar music playing. A very relaxing atmosphere. 4 stars only because of the health rating at the time. Otherwise, it would be five.

I love Java jaay & the chicken salad is my fav. However, I went to Java jaay today at 2:15 (hours listed are 7-3) and they were closed with a note that says todays hours are 7-2. Disappointed
