Called and ordered food for myself and two other people... In this order we had a chicken plate (which to most people would be chicken cheese and rice since everywhere has a different name for it). I was asked if the rice and cheese was what I wanted and said yes. After getting the $30+ meal home. We were getting all the food out and discovered that the chicken plate was just a plate of dry chicken. After calling back and letting them know what had happened and what we were dealing with we were told that all we could do would be to do would be to pay for the correct plate and come pick it up. That would not have been a problem if the lady on the phone would have been nice and not have basically said I was a lier and no one there would have asked if the chicken plate I wanted was the one with cheese and rice. We will be going elsewhere in the future. Ecpically since we had to order the rest of our "chicken plate" from a different Mexican restaurant!

From the time this place (finally!) opened until recently, it is ALWAYS packed. When we finally were able to get in without waiting an hour for the table, I realized what all the fuss was about. The food is great (although similar to the other Caminos, except that one on Broad Street--its nasty) and the service is wonderful. Its a gorgeous restaurant, too—not your typical Camino or La Siesta. Its built more like an upscale Mexican place, with great decor and and lots of seating room. They have a nice covered patio, too, which has been packed so far this spring/summer. I would definitely recommend this Camino, though I would caution that if you want to eat here on a Friday or Saturday night you should be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for a table.

Where to start. Horrible service and food! They werent busy but took over 5 min for anyone to even ask us what we want to drink. I order 2 apple juices for my kids and she says we dont have juice for kids! Um then why is it on the menu? Asked for chips and quac, and was brought a side of guac the size of a quarter...it was $4 and it was a mashed up avacado with no seasoning or anything! Ordered shrimp tacos and got cooked shrimp with no seasoning on it on a tortilla with what looked and tasted like cole slaw you would buy from the krogers deli. Then (cause by this point everything annoys me) they bring us a receipt that just has charges on it. It was not itemized so I had no clue what they were charging us for. Dont waste you time or money.

Very surprised and utterly disapointed. Friday, May 19 2017. 5 pm. After all the good reviews. Very busy, but no excuse for overcooked steak quesadillas, seasoned well, but no cheese at all. Server never came back to check how everything was. My husbands food was just ok. I was still chewing, as he was paying the check. No desert offered, felt ignored, insulted & that on my birthday. Had a virgin pina colada, charged same price as a regular, tasted like it came out of a can. May give them another try, when they are not as busy, but what a waste of hard earned money.

Ill give the food a 5 star, but our server was incredibly under qualified for the job, we never got refills , after our food came we never saw him for the remaining of our meal ... we waited 30 mins after we had finished eating before going up front and asking for our bill and paying, (might I add it was NOT busy in there) not one apology nor did we receive a discount for horrible visit by the manager ... rediculous... so if you dont mind getting treated like crap while you go to dinner then this is your place.

This has always been the go to place for great service for last 7 yrs...friendly, quality atmosphere, and comparable food and drinks. The last two months the restaurant has lost half of the fantastic servers and no longer has bartenders. The owners have definitely decided to bank on the repetitive support of regulars to compensate for the lack of quality service. This place has turned into the local La Siesta!

My family loves this place. After living in Colorado for 13 years, we find this to be the closest to the flavors we were used to there. Chips and salsa are practically meeting you at the table when seated. I highly recommend the Poyo Con Queso, Burrito California or the Grilled Chicken Salad. Yuuuummm! Always worth the wait to be seated on Fridays and Saturdays, but one seated service is quick and food tasty!

I visited this weekend and the server wouldnt let me finish my food before he made me pay and before I finished my meal with my girlfriend and son they made us leave because I wouldnt sign the tip line before we finished. They manager told me it was because they have issues with people not paying when it was busy but I had already paid. Horrible customer service and I will never go back. Just a heads up.

I moved to TN about 3 months ago, from NM, and have missed Mexican food so much. This restaurant helped me feel more at home here. Just visiting Murfreesboro so unfortunately I cannot eat here more often. I had the carne asada and the portion was huge for the price! Service was a little lacking but the food made up for that.

Good experience. Food was ok/mixed emotions. First the queso was great! But salsa was bland (tasted like Pace). I loved the chicken chimichanga, chicken was marinated to deliciousness! Others had shrimp Diablo - they were just ok and fajitas - flavorless. Would probably still check it out again if were in town again.

This place used to be really good, I dont know what happened. The service has become slow and inattentive and their food, which used to be in my top 3, is now bland and flavorless. If they werent so close, I wouldve quit eating there a long time ago. Not worth it, especially if you want "good" Mexican food.

Careful bringing large groups during peak hours. Wonderful restaurant down the street from where I live. They sure can pack in the customers, so be ready for a wait during peak hours. Great Mexican food and spectacular service. Despite how busy it is, they get your food out to your very quickly.

Great service. Fast & friendly. Only had to wait 20 min for a table outside on a Friday evening My husband and I had a beer at the bar while waiting and they even gave us chips & Salsa while we waited. Our family comes here a lot and always has consistently wonderful service and great food.

This is a great place to eat Mexican! The chips were warm when we were seated and the waiter was very attentive. The menu selection was extensive and the meals were tasty. Prices were quite reasonable. Its a couple of miles South of the interstate but worth the stop.

Wow! My mom and I were looking for a good Mexican restaurant while we were in the area and this one fit the bill! The food was DELICIOUS! Everything was at a great price and super clean! Tables were cleaned immediately after guests left. Very impressive.
