Came into this location around 8:30pm on Friday night (3/11/16) and nobody was at the front counter but all the lights were on. My family and I stood there waiting for someone to come. After about three minutes a young black girl came up with a bag of ice cream mix to fill up the machine and proceeded to tell us "were closed" with no explanation as to why their lights were still on and why she was filling up the ice cream machine. Inexcusable at 8:30pm on a Friday night. We ended up buying some ice cream from the Ben and Jerrys freezer in the pilot station and sat in the DQ/Subway lobby to eat. While we say there we saw potential customer after potential customer get turned away with a simple "WERE CLOSED" with no reason given why all their lights were on and the little white girl was standing at the register as if she was waiting to take orders. Ive actually managed a local Dairy Queen for the past 8 years never have I seen something so horrible take place. Im not sure who owns this location or if it is joint ownership between the pilot station but those two employees were just standing there smiling at everyone while telling them they were closed when they couldve been cleaning something. We sat in there for a good 20 minutes. Even the white girl had a visitor in there (guessing it was her boyfriend) that she sat down with and I even saw them kissing. To sum it up this was the first time I stopped and wanted something at this Dairy Queen and I will never want to stop here again. Lazy employees that dont give an ounce of crap about their job. Next time Ill just drive across town to Baskin Robbins. Truly a 0-star rating.

Was in the store at two different times once around 3pm and again at 5pm on 8/23/16. Both times I witnessed major health code violations by the long haired brunette female working in there. First time while waiting in subway line she came over and grabbed a handful of onions and put them in a cup and took them back over to DQ without any gloves on. The second while waiting to be helped at DQ she was standing in the middle of the food preparation area up front flinging her hair all over trying to get it back together so she could put her hat back on. Then after running her hands through her hair a few times started making customers food with out ever even thinking about washing her hands. Think you need to have some food safety classes or retraining on food handlers classes. Even worse the young black female standing there talking to her while she did this said nothing about what was happening. Dont think I just came at the wrong time both times I think these things happen all day long and I just am more aware to regulations coming from a management position in previous career.

Employees here are awful and have no respect for the people that come to eat. I had just picked up a lot lizard from the pilot parking lot, she then told me if I can feed her before we get to business, I agreed and proceeded to DQ, we then stood in line behind a family who was waiting in line for about 3 minutes, when finally a employee shows up and tells them there closed. So I asked hows that if it says 10pm close time. She responded with take your who else were, I was disgusted

I wholeheartedly agree with everything Joshua said. Same two girls working there tonight 5/9/16. In fact every time we come here I get mad. They do not give a care about customer service or making a good product. You might as well order a plain blizzard because that is pretty much all it ever is plain vanilla no matter what kind you order. Worthless . DQ should be ashamed to have their name on this location .

Need friendlier people working there. I had to wait a long time to even get my order taken. Then when I asked for a recommendation, she didnt give me an answer other than "ice cream." She said all we have is chili dogs and ice cream. She could use a class on merchandising.
