My fiance and I went thru the driveway we ordered 3 Krystal chips, the 6 boneless value meal, the boneless wings and crystals combo, and the kids crystal with only cheese and it came out to 30 something, which we knew werent right so when we pulled up to the window we asked why it was so much well they said rudely we said 10 crystal chicks but were nice about it and said no we said 3 Krystal chips well they forgot the kids meal so we parked and went inside. We told them they forgot the kids meal and the male manager gave us our money back and rudely grabbed the food and said Im not serving you you flipped my employee off, which we never did and the employee that said we flicked her off kept saying stuff rudely and said why are you still here. I will not ever go there again . We will be calling the manager in the morning and Im going to get her to check the cameras. Both of them deserve to lose there job we never flipped her off and were nice about it.

Please find better management. The lady at night spends her time sitting in the lobby or smoking right outside the entrance door. Sometimes she wreaks of more than tobacco smoke. Since I know she isnt cooking the food I feel its safe. Kudos to the nice kids cooking and making the food. They seem sweet and look like they are on their own since their leader seems to be up in the clouds. How does one reach the owners of this restraunt? These young men and women need a responsible adult to nurture a solid work habit and the one currently with them seems to want them chain smoking and bench warming.

Employees are allowed to hang out in the parking lot at night. Employees are allowed to use their cell phones on the front counter. The drive through line was backed up around the building. One was out talking to a friend and the other was looking up stuff on her phones. No management whatsoever. Horrible leadership at night for sure.

Have been pleased here each stop, the wait is a bit too long usually but the staff is nice and the food has always been hot and fresh! Its Krystal which is a good thing with the chain becoming harder to find in rural settings

Pros: Friendly staff, Good breakfast, offers discount Cons: Drive thru can be slow especially for breakfast, interior and exterior not that clean, turn over high for cooks causing food quality to not be consistent
