This morning, as I have many times in the past, I stopped in to this Sonic on the way to work. I order a #15 (Steak & Egg Burrito) with large Tot and Large Coke. While I am making my order, I notice that the Menu board shows a little light-blue sign that reads, $0.99 Drinks Until 10 A.M. I thought that that would make the order I just made less expensive. Its normally around $7.00+. I get my receipt and they have charged me $2.39, NOT $0.99 for the Large drink. I made a point to show the Carhop and (I was nice to her) asked whats going on with the price here. She came back after talking with someone inside and REALLY told me the following: "If they changed it to $0.99, the combo will become more expensive." You know what, I could get really "snutty" here but I am going to let you people read this for yourself and come-up with your own opinions about the establishment and its management. Ill say this....they really need to buy those folks in there some calculators.

I work near this location, and Ive tried them once a week for 4-5 weeks in a row. Every time I order, Ill ask if I can get two regular hamburgers with ketchup and mustard only. They always reply, "Oh, you want a cheeseburger with no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, no pickles, no onions, no mayo, and add ketchup and mustard?" And Ill reply, "however you need to order it, is fine with me, just as long as it doesnt have cheese- because Im allergic to cheese, and there is only ketchup and mustard on the burger." Then every time I get my order it has cheese. Even one time it had extra cheese. They are very nice and apologize every time, but I dont know why its so difficult to get a hamburger and not a cheeseburger. I have finally given up on them, because my order was wrong every time.

Never had a bad food experience, but I did have a bad experience once with them claiming to be closed one night at around 10:30, but I could see inside that they we just with some friends and I guess they just didnt feel like working. Other than that, a lot of their panels do not work when it comes to showing your order and paying. Nothing serious, just pretty annoying that it is like that so often.

We went to this sonic tonight. They messed up on 2 of the 3 food items we ordered. I was very disappointed. We only asked for one to be fixed, because it seemed like a big deal was made about having to fix the first thing which was just adding bacon to cheese fries which was rang up and paid for. I will definitely not go back for awhile. If you go there, check your order!

The Google page says its open until 12 a.m. I was out on the patio and noticed they had shut lights off out there, so I asked an employee if we could still order in the drive-thru to which I was snidely told, "Uh theres not a drive thru." At 10:55 I was told they had "shut everything down" and I could "only order drinks because it was so last minute."

This place is so terrible its pathetic. Im the fool for continuing to come here. Once every few months I go back thinking they have to have gotten better, surely they cant get any worse....but they always do. Forgotten food, 30 plus minute waits, almost always out of something....I feel bad saying this but I dont know how they are still in business.

When ordering my food the person taking the order was very rude and left off an item on my order. When I press the button to ask for it to be added to my order they still left it off my order and the person coming to car was rude as well. I will never come here again

Served a raw chicken sandwich. Did not take the severity seriously. Only offered to replace or refund the sandwich and was frustrated with us for returning the sandwich. Will not eat here again. May never eat at a Sonic again.
