I ordered at the drive-thru at 11:59am and asked for the 5 for 5; 4 cheese Krystals, no pickles and a chik with a small fry. I received 5 cheese Krystals, each with several pickles. I returned to the drive-thru to make another order for a family member and to notify of the previous incorrect order at 12:05pm. At this time, I ordered another 5 for 5; 4 cheese Krystals, add mayonaise..no mustard and a fry. When I received the second order, the burgers were standard...not custom. While still at the window, I notified the employee of the error and she replied, "She just put a mayo packet in the bag because the Krystals were already made." I advised her that I had also requested no mustard. She took back the order and I was advised to pull around to the front door on the other side of the building and wait for the order. Upon receiving this order, the burgers still had mayo so I took it inside for the manager. At this point, I had to wait for a remake...the employee at the register was playing loud rap music and talking on the phone while another employee picked things off of the floor, then handled my food. The manager offered no apology and I was sent on my way...very disgusted. The employees did not appear neat, the store looked dirty, and the manager blamed all the errors on a new employee which I think was highly unprofessional. I wont ever visit this location and if there is no attempt for resolve, my family and I wont spend another penny at the chain.

I have eaten at this Krystal location MANY times over the years and unfortunately it is hit & miss on food quality, correct cooking, & long wait times. When its good its good...why cant it be this way EVERY time?! Just make it correctly, freshly, and w/ quality ingredients and I will return over & over & over again. Oh, and if there was a DETAILED electronic screen located where one first pulls up to order so that customers could see what they just ordered in "print" I think it would relieve some of the stress & repeated verifying of order accuracy (this could be part of the reason why the drive-thru takes so long many times).

Waited in line for a good 30 mins for more waiting to place my order, which wouldnt of been bad if the place was packed but there were only four people in line, staff was very slow moving after I got my order I had to wait another 10 min to get my drink after asking 5 times for it then I rushed back to work to find they got my order wrong, I had asked for no onions (Im allergic to them and Im glad I check cause I did have my EpiPen and I had told the girl taking my order that I was allergic) itll be a cold day in hell before I go back to that place

i went to krystals and ordered the five cheese krystal combo and when i got to the window she hads me krystal chics. i say im sorry they must have mis heard me i wanted the #5 and the girl helping me whom appeared to be the manager says you said a number 3 and rolls her eyes at me and snatches the bag away from me.i will give them credit for fixing my order and not charging me the difference but i will not return to this location due to the crappy attitude of the employees. if i acted this way on my job i would be fired

I had to rob a local credit union en route to work on a Friday morning and walked up to this restaurant who advertises 24 hour service and was informed by someone wearing a red top in a car they opened at 6 AM. He then suggested the drive thru which i declined to use. After getting my coffee at Exxon next door i checked and attempted to call and get lobby hours. The phone rang 15 times and no voice mail is available. This follows an earlier incident when i received poor service inside during the early afternoon.

This place gives consistent terrible service. Im not sure what the underlying cause is, but they need some serious intervention from the corporate office. No matter the time of day, its just awful. I want better for them and their staff. Its just not ever a good experience. Give this team some professional development and train the staff properly so that their morale is higher and service/quality improves. This is one of the only late night options available in this part of town.

Slow service ... Sunday morning 9 AM and Wednesday night about 7 PM we had very slow service. I asked the lady on Wednesday night why the service was so slow and she said they were short-staffed only two people working. An apology about someones wait time can go a long way! but she did not come to the window and apologize she just asked me how I was doing and I really didnt want to answer because I didnt think she wanted to know for real. The food wasnt even hot. :(

i went threw drive thru ordered 7 chicks for me and my co worker the bread was hard the chicks was hard dried out and then they looked like a half of a chick i will never in my life go back and then this was at 10 20 a.m. so they should have been fresh being that they dont start selling those items til after 10 30 and yes i will most defintely be contacting cooperate office. didnt wanna give no star rating but it wouldnt let me post without clicking one

If you want to experience Memphis in the raw...go to this place at lunch. Depending on the day the lady with the colored brads will welcome you with open arms, but if you cross her she will unleash some south Memphis scolding on your a.z.z.... Then there is the daily meeting of the local mens club in the same corner every day! Extremely loud and sometimes entertaining...reminds me of a kitchen table scene in an Eddie Murphy Nutty Professor movie.

With no cars behind me I was a little confused why they made car in front of me park...then I get to window she is like pull by the car over there. I did the 5 for 5 and it took 13 min for my order to come out. If I wasnt pregnant and didnt have kids in car I would have walked to other side of building and demanded refund. Common curtesy ....she could have least been apologetic about the long wait

Ive now been listening to my new book on tape for 17 minutes, and I didnt start playing it until I had ordered. There are still 2 cars in front of me and Ive watched 4 cars leave the line behind me, 2 after they ordered. They also talk to you like youre a burden, not like a customer, and thats just been the over the speaker experience. Stay tuned...

Theyre open 24 hours, and the service is OK during the day but a great deal of the time after about 11pm there is a line of cars all the way around the building because the drive through service is somewhat lethargic shall we say. As for the food, well, its Krystal. Good and Proper Get-ya-fat southern fare. Aint a thing wrong with it.

Slow service. Angry workers. Tons of bugs on the window sill. Not one clean table. Broken chairs. Gave us our order wrong (no bacon on a bacon burger). One good thing is they mopped while we were there but its very hard to walk on a freshly wet floor. Bathrooms were disgusting.
