I have been trying to reach Checkers for an hour. I purchased a 5 piece wing combo for 9.28. How about one of my wings was missing. I tried several attempts to reach this location its going to a voicemail that is full. Yes it was only one piece but I paid for it. I wont be back. Makes me mad to buy something and do not get all what you paid. I was there today 2-11-17 at 5:41

Restaurant feedback page is inaccessible. Theres nowhere to leave questions/comments. After a lackluster experience (bums had a screaming match across my car while I spent about 5 minutes waiting for my order), I realized that I may have been overcharged and I didnt even receive a receipt. Slim chance Ill return or let anyone I care about go there without warning.

The service was terrible here. I waited 10 minutes just to get a sandwich with only mayo on it and then it was cold. I had to drive back to the location on to realize the fries at the bottom of my container of fries were cold as well. Will not return or eat anything from this location ever. And when is it ok to be cooking and handling food with a winter hat on.

Terrible, rude, slow service. Upcharged my combo without asking me. Then acted lost and clueless about why the price was different from on the menu. Another employee came out and looked at the sign on the drive through and finally admitted that they had just added an upcharge. Fries were old and extra greasy.

It says they have takeout but when I called to place an order, not only did they lady tell me they dont do that, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! I called back to make sure and see how long the wait would be and she seriously hung up on me as soon as she picked up, TWICE!!!!!!!

They should call this location Crackville! I just went there and the young guy that took my order was cool but that baldheaded manager is very rude. I ordered the big chicken sandwich and she put it on small bun and it was drowned in old grease

Possibly the worst Checkers/Rallys Ive ever been at. 10 minutes in drive-thru and never moved. Keep hoping this place will get better service, but in 10 years it never has.
