I sat in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes. Finally got to the order screen and watched as every car in front of me got to the window and paid for their food and received their food until nobody was waiting at the window anymore. All while i waited patiently at the order screen. Once all the cars in front of me had left, I started to call out "hello" and "anybody there" thru the speaker to no avail. At this point, there were at least 4 cars behind me waiting to order still as well. Plus where the drive-thru ordering spot is, you can see someone sitting there from inside the building. There was a guy that took some trash out and saw me sitting there. He went back inside and i still waited another 5 minutes. After 25 minutes in the drive-thru i left. If you are busy, thats fine, but at least acknowledge that i am there and that you want to take care of me. Poor service. I felt bad for the people behind me too. I hope they had their expectations met, because i certainly did not!

They get your order wrong seemingly on purpose. And every time I just get whatever they want to make. I keep getting regular vanilla ice cream with snickers when I order the caramel snicker custard. But somehow every other sonic actually makes it with other ingredients. Please dont waste your money. They have the worst attitudes and have very slow service. Food is sloppy every single time. They do whatever they want to do. The whole crew needs to be replaced

Google says they close at 11. We showed up at 10. An employee was outside smoking a cigarillo and he didnt say anything to us. We sat there for 5 minutes assuming he was just being rude and hoping wed leave while he smoked. Finally a very rude lady came out-didnt come to our door- and yelled "we closed!" and walked back inside. They were all just standing around inside. Very rude employees.

Chris, the female manager, is extremely RUDE!!! Even though they NOW hv an order screen SOMEHOW when we got to the window the order was wrong!!! Waited another 10 minutes only to get the wrong food! Wont be back ANYTIME soon!! Dont trust her with ANYTHING Im gonna consume!

Super slow service. Waited for someone to acknowledge me at the window for about 10 minutes. Horrible customer service seemed like every time I get food I deal with attitudes. They also held my card while they waited for my food that was really uncomfortable.

My orders from here always take forever and frequently are missing half of the food when it gets to me. Ive had several times where I was given the wrong food. I had one time where it took over 30 minutes to recieve my food because they forgot to make it.

Visit during happy hour. Wait wasnt too long in drive through and food was hot as it should be. Burger was tasty, grilled cheese was good, strawberry limeade tasted as expected, tater tots hot and delicious. Would definitely go there again.

Lets be fair, when you go to Sonic, it isnt the quickest experience. However, this location is unbearably slow even during low traffic, and it looks like the owner somewhat neglects the business.
