For happy hour drinks its ok. I really enjoy sonic, but not this one. Always an extremely long wait and gotten food a few times here. Each time the tots container or the jumbo chicken container were half full, compete rip off. On top of that the food was cold. I was tired of waiting over 15 minutes for food so I didnt want to waste any more time to complain. I wont be going back unless its for happy hour drinks and I am not in a hurry. I frequent other Sonics with no issues, but I wouldnt recommend this one.

My sister and I came to order a chocolate shake, but we didnt get it. The person taking our order asked us what we wanted, and we told her. She misheard us for a different shake so we tried to correct her, but as soon as she rung it in she told us the price and went to serve someone else. She didnt even ask us if the order was correct. We tried to call her back but she never answered. We decided not to fuss about it. It was just pretty rude that she was in and out like that.

wish i could give it less than one star due to the rudeness of employees. Well, one in particular. I also work in customer service so i am always as polite as i can be to people in fast food or retail. ive never had someone have such a horrible attidude with a polite customer. I dont know if she was new or something but if thats the case; then she probably shouldnt be working anywhere where she has to speak to people.

My moms bacon cheese TOASTED only had one toasted piece of bread and the other was COLD. The Cheddar cheese bites were COLD. My fathers bacon cheese TOASTER was cold on both sides. My strawberry shake was runny and WARM. And the lady that served us rushed us with a HORRIBLE attitude! I HAD to have at least one star. First time in years coming here. And never again will I!

We love Sonic, but we always seem to have a slight issue here. Tonight, we asked for ketchup and barbecue sauce and werent given any. We also ordered a Jr cheeseburger deluxe and it had no cheese. Weve had other issues before, too. These arent big deals but we always double check our bag before driving off. Food and shakes are great though. We love Sonic.

If you just want a drink its ok but if you want food be prepared to wait atleast 20 minutes. Then theyll get your order wrong and not give you a receipt so when you ask to get it fixed theyll lie and say its not what you ordered but still charge you full price. Be warned the employees and managers dont care and will rip you off.

My order got a little fouled up..... mistakes happen I wasnt upset I told the drive-through worker Brittany about it and she did not get an attitude she was a professional 100% and she took care of it and I really appreciated that!

Food is always hot and fresh. Even on a busy time you dont wait to long. The staff is great. The ladies that work the window are very sweet never rush you.
