On Tuesday 11/25/2014 Myself and 3 other people went to you establishment at 5:30pm. Once we were seated the waitress brought our drinks and took our order. After around 15-20 mins she came back and said she had to leave her water heater had busted, but she would turn our order in. I knew they were short handed, because they were advertising for help, so at 6:00 I went to the counter to inquire about our food. There was a young lady on the phone and would not acknowledge that I was even there, so a little later a young lady came out from the kitchen and after barely getting her attention I ask about my order. She looked dumb founded and said she would check on it. when she came back she informed me my order had never been placed. Upset as I was we left. We eat at your establishment quite often, but after the worst service I have ever had , NO MORE will I eat there. I have notice last few times we had been there business had fallen off. Just thought you would like to know.

I placed a delivery order when I got my order everything was completely wrong and everything tasted awful my wings were like chewing on a Doughy mess of goo. I called to make an complaint in the shift manager told me they would have the general manager called me the next day it took five days of me calling before I finally got the general manager on the phone. They proceed to tell me that they will replace the order whenever Im ready for it so I call to get that order and they tell me I cant get the wings because its not in the system so theyre just going to reimburse me $15 out of the $35 I spent on the original order which meant I could get two medium pizzas. I got 12 wings the first time two large three topping pizzas and now Im allowed to get to medium one topping pizzas to cover the $35 that I spent their original time. Worst customer service nastiest pizza I have ever not eaten. The store needs new management and a class on people skills

My son and I stopped in for an after school snack he is on crutches due to a broken leg it took several minutes for us to be seated or even acknowledged. The guy at the counter was helping someone so I figured he would help us next 2 people walked in and without even a glance in our direction helped the ones who came in after us.. but once we were seated our food came pretty quick and server was on top of refills to go boxes etc....

I was getting e-mails from Pizza Hut and it said I could order online, then get a free one-topping with my next order. I didnt see how to redeem that, I didnt get an e-mail about how to redeem it, and I didnt see anything on the receipt on how to redeem it. I called and asked, and the employee didnt know how to redeem it. Just bait and switch, I guess.

Wonderful dining experience. The pizza crust was crisp and the toppings were flavorful. The side salad was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was kind and attentive. We ate on the patio with our pup. Yay, for pet friendly establishments!

There late on Wednesday April 20, 2016. Service was amazing. Young gentleman that waited on us should be commended for his services. Outstanding young man. For working 2 jobs, this young man is very dedicated. Pizza was great.

Well I placed an order online and it was wrong. When I brought it back to be remade the manager questioned why there was a piece missing. So ya I tried a piece and it was nasty. Check your order.

It was wonderful. Took a bit to get the pizza but thats expected with making a pizza fresh. The pizza tasted amazing. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut.
