This is my first time ever having anything from JITB and honestly it may be my last. While the food was almost decent, the service was anything but. The timer alarms for the food were set so high you could hear them outside. The (I can only assume) manager and assistant manager we completely inappropriate in front of customers. They were speaking so loudly that every word (including, as I said, inappropriate language in front of my 3yr old son) at the back of the restaurant. Almost all of the tables had some kid of sticky something on it. The ceiling tiles were stained with water marks which wouldnt be such a big deal if it rest of the establishment didnt look the way it did. The air conditioning was either off or not working and not one of the 4 ceiling fans were turned on. The hot greasy smelling air was stagnant and sitting there. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. There was urine on the floor in the ladies room and stains all over the toilet seat. My son slipped on wet tile just before he entered the mens room with my husband. All in all I will say that this is probably one of the worst fast food locations I have been to. Store #6927

Nothing but some sweaty nasty rude workers named JAKE its 5am no other customers wait was extremely long the sodas was flat ! Fries where old stale crusty ! Was cursed at for his mistakes of the being wrong and left out food when brought to his attention his acted as if we was not charged for a item gave him the receipt snatch it out of my hand yelled at us slammed window would not give our copy of credit card receipt to us and then I called in the store to be hung up on and phone taken off the hook ummm some kind of management so thank before you go there if you do not want to work in the public food service industry find another job !

Tonight the speaker was out and last week the headphone was out!!!! Tonight I* set at the window for 15 minutes blowing my horn after 7 or 8 Minutes!!! No one came to the window so I left and as I left I saw the employees setting in the dinning room TALKING!!!!! One person got up and watched me as I drove away to the exit!!!! Now what kind of restaurant is this???? They gave me the wrong order one time last week and 3 times now they do not have any sweet tea or unsweetened tea!!!! One time they said they were out and would not have any until Wednesday!!!! Who runs this place McDonalds!!!!!!!!!

Ive been coming to this Jack In the Box for years, ever since it first opened. Im disabled, so I always use the drive-thru window and have never set foot in the restaurant. Therefore, I cant address the comments other reviewers have made about the poor physical condition of the establishment. I can tell you this, though: every time I have driven up to that window, without fail, I have experienced accurate order-taking and speedy delivery of tasty, hot food at a reasonable price. Thats why I keep returning.

Every night that i stop at this location i order 4 tacos no hot sauce cause of a medical issue limiting me to no hot sauce :( and they always give it to me any ways. This time they opened all 4 cracking the shell and pulled the inside lettuce and just replaced it with no sauce on it instead of making them correctly all over. If there willing to go that far and expect for some one not to notice then what else can they do. I def dont want to even think about it...will not be back to this location for sure.

Came to town on business. After 4 hours flying, I got to my hotel at 8:30. Decided to walk down the block for some Jack after I got settled. Walked up to the door at 9:35. All the lights were off and the doors were locked. Sign on the door says theyre open until 10p. The manager comes out and says theyre closed but the drive thru is open. When I said I didnt have a car, he said "Yeah. Its just a drive thru," and locked the door. Rude. Disrespectful. And closed at least a half hour early for no reason.

Edit:Now I have to add that my wife ended up with food poisoning from this place. Avoid this Jack in the Box at ALL COST!!!! Go to any of the other fast food places on the way. First they have no AC, surprised the health inspector hasnt busted them yet. Second the MANAGER touched money then proceeds to make food WITHOUT washing her hands. Third ordered 4 Tacos, 4 regular tacos....nothing special. Two of them had no sauce and the manager argues with me about what I ordered.

Absolutely terrible! My food was wrong, the lady with white hair was so unfriendly and the wait was RIDICULOUS! If you want a job where you dont have to get orders correct, where you can be mean to people, and obviously dont have to pass a drug test, fill out an application! This was my first return to the restaurant after a very unpleasant experience where I was forgotten about and waited 51 minutes. I shouldnt have come back! Never again! This place is a joke!

First being at a jack in the box since they dont have them in my hometown . The food was really good. Fresh and hot and not much of a wait for it either. However. We sit down to start eating and the whole staff goes and stands outside the front door to smoke and goof off. Dont leave your store unattended with customers inside. Use the time to clean the dinning room which had a few dirty tables and a flood that could have been cleaned.

I usually order more than I can eat and I dont always know what I want to eat. Deanna at this Jack in the Box can help you solve this problem. I thought I wanted unsweetened tea, I was wrong. I thought I wanted a #14, nope I guess I wanted a #3 without fries. The 2 large orders of cheddar peppers had more than I wanted. It must be hard to count to 7 twice. Thanks Jack. Skip this one. Go to the next Jack.

The employees are super nice, but the facility is falling apart. The ceiling was dripping with water in more than a handful of spots and the carpet was wet. The bathroom was not handicap accessible, I literally had to sit on the toilet paper holder to open the door. I feel sorry for the workers that have to work in those conditions. I would not come here again unless renovated.

I ordered my food and then they told me they were out of food. I didnt even get to eat. I had a big order to take to my family and they said they were out of tacos when i ordered a large amount. Im sure they wernt out but just didnt want to make that many. Ive gone to the Hermitage Jack in the Box many time and never had a problem. Pathetic.

Worst experience here. The drugged-up employees cannot complete proper orders. And the overweight manager doesnt know how to properly handle business transaction. Got our orders wrong. Was a 1hr fast food encounter. Trash everywhere in the lobby. Avoid this location.
