Two young men behind counter giving their girlfriends free food, while Im waiting and asking 4 times for original to be brought out to the buffet. Might I add Im a paying customer. Older lady was very nice and apologize that buffet was not kept up. To top it off, the cook came out from the back, walked to the buffet while starring me down, grab a spoon full of the food eating off the buffet with his hands. Just unbelievable what young people do these days. Im not one to write reviews, but this behaviour at KFC should not be tolerated.

Arrived about 7pm was not greeted initially, ordered two buffet meals. Was not impressed everything on the buffet looked like it had been there quite awhile, the chicken was dried out and should have been threw out long ago. This was my favorite kfc ,but Ill have to rethink that. Needs better management

Worse food ever!!! Order was incorrect! Like the lady taking order had never seen the menu! She said she has worked there almost 1 year! We were greeted immediately by being told that the buffet was closed. That was fine as we were ordering from the menu. She took our order 10 minutes later

I get there and employees are cleaning so I say hi and no response back I order and start eating and I found a feather on the chicken and a piece of dark matter cooked with my white meat, and it was nasty. When got done showed the supervisor in charge and he didnt even apologise.

Ordered 12 piece bucket meal, grilled chicken. When I got it home, chicken was cold, dry, and hard. There was hardly any meat on the pieces. Worst chicken I ever got there. All for $30.00. Going back today to complain formally.

Went through the drive through and ended up having the complete order wrong when we got home. Went to get it fixed amd with hardly any people took 20 mins. Good people working there, just not great service.

Got drive through and when we got home found two tiny pieces of chicken overcooked and overly greasy. The tenders were also hard and chewy. You can see it in the pictures. Yuk!!
