Ticket # 137256 Really bad service. The manager Hunter obviously runs a sloppy shift. My order was not chicken strips at all, but were pieces of wings that were clearly held for way too long. I know. Sloppy Cooks. The carhop Casey was excellent, but everything else about my experience at this Sonic was trash. Having worked as a shift leader for two Sonics in Florida, I would know. Im sure day shift is better, but evening shift is far from even average standards. Will not make this mistake again.

Its impossible to give your order. Then you repeat it again and again. Finally its right and when you get your food not only is it a sloppy mess but, its wrong!!! Seriously!!! So we call in and ask for a manager Bc it isnt the first time its happened and they are rude, disrespectful, act as if its our fault. There are two decent places to eat in Scottsville KY that I have personally been to and as far as fast food Sonic and McDonalds have a long way to improve.
